Staff from reception Chathuni and Rashan always with smile and so kind. From housekeeping Mohamed make our stay more comfortable . Thank you to all of you and we will come back again .

We were warmly greeted upon arrival by Mr. Aman. His customer service and kindness were exceptional. The housekeeping did a phenomenal job at tending to our room, and making sure our stay was comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Abu Dhabi. Our bed was comfortable, the WiFi worked well and the valet service was superb.

everything's are perfect

Location is good. Close to the public transport that takes you to Yas Island (Ferrari World, Warner Bros...), which is really helpful especially since the bus was pretty cheap for such a long distance ride (20 times cheaper than a taxi). Breakfast was good. We stayed for only 2 nights, but options were slightly changed which is a definitive plus. Staff is helpful and kind. Room was huge.

Room was oriented towards the big crossroad so it was slightly louder than expected, but it was quite menagable.

Hotel is great, Youssouf, esoecially, was unbelievable andI would rate him 11. Excellent hotel for the price you pay, spacious rooms, superb location, clean with a good gym.

Ms Chuthni is very professional and nice and kind… Overall service and staff was very good.
