Very helpful staff. They ensured the stay was comfortable. Special mention of the Chef who made sure our dietary restrictions (Vegan) were met for all three days. Breakfast was good and the meals were well made and presented. The rooms are clean.

Air conditioning is a bit of a let down. The rooms are huge and the AC doesnt seem to do its bit.

Very quiet relaxing visit. Had an incredible couple of massages and the staff was very nice, their attention to detail was unmatched.

The location of the hotel and the infinity pool were nice and the breakfast was good.

It's off-season on the island, which was clearly visible, not only because there weren't many people (which we actually enjoyed) but also when it came to the overall tidiness of the place/beach (no big deal, that's to be expected during this time of the year). Also, some things there quite visibly had a few years under their belt (I wasn't planning to write this review, but I think the picture of the "gym" can give you an idea). Anyway, no reason to complain and make a fuss; we simply decided not to stay any longer and move on. So far, so good :-) However, what makes me write my first review here, is their reaction when the key broke off when I locked the entrance door. When it happened, my wife and I looked at each other in astonishment, wondering, "Wow, how did that just happen?". I went to the front desk and explained the situation. And that's where the (not so) funny part of the story begins. Since the lady at the front desk couldn't decide anything herself, I was on the phone with her manager shortly afterward and explained what had happened: "No force was involved; it was simply a material defect or the ravages of time had gnawed at the metal." When I told him that I did not see why I should pay for this, he insulted me in the most foul-mouthed manner, including "damn, cheap liar" (several times). To put this in context: the place we were staying in cost almost 600 dollars for two nights; I certainly did not care about the few dollars to pay for a new key. It was a question of principle. Long story short: Something comparable has never happened to me in a hotel of this price range (and I'm quite a frequent traveler). Sure, you can disagree and argue, but to have some guy insult me on the phone (in the presence of my family) in this way was unbelievable. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any upscale hotel!

Great place with beautiful beach and large pool. Outstanding level of services provided by all the very helpful and super polite and friendly staff. Water sports equipment available. Superb breakfast and restaurant choice, mixed from typical European and local dishes. Always plenty of fresh fruit. Cold water from the water station available 24/7. The response of reception when ordering taxi was quick and 100% ok. Amazing spa/gym/treatment area.

One side of the bed in apartment 202 was a bit creaky, but no major thing. Also you could hear noise from the connected apartment in the bungalow sometimes, but again, nothing serious. The pool area closed after sunset because of security reasons - ok, rules are rules. The signs helping to find the place when leaving the main road were a bit lacking, too.

This is a gem on the island which offers more than you expected :) perfect food, service, massages and beautiful private beach! very nice staff cares of you all day long. Definitely recommend to book beach villa! Thanks for everything!

everything was perfect! just one little thing- we had poor wifi connection and beds were little bit hard for me, but it could be just mine opinion :)

Spacious rooms, private beach, very good breakfast options. The whole property is well built with special emphasis on sustainability such as reuse of water bottles, no use of plastics. The restaurant on-site although a bit pricey but the delicious dishes are well worth. The sunset view from the beach and the pool is not to be missed.

Although I stayed 4 nights there and the rooms were empty, I was still asked to pay for 30% tariff for a late check-out ( 4 pm instead of 12 o clock). Even I explained that I am doing the late check-out so that my 1.5 year old son can take his afternoon nap before catching the long flight from Phu Quoc to Seoul but the property decided to leverage this situation.

Few fruits and cereals options during breakfast, lunch and dinner menu too expensive for what is offered. Use dishes of room service sometimes remain for two days after use at the bungalow, room service needs to clean up much quicker.

Loved the pool, quiet beach, room size & bathroom, the staff & breakfasts. Also has happy hour daily with 2 for 1 cocktails- watching the sunset! Amazing!

As the property is quite far from town & night markets (15mins) we had to catch taxis which were 160,000VDN each way ($10-$15AUD), plus as it is hidden - many taxi drivers could not find it. Would be really great if the hotel provided a scheduled shuttle service to and from town at a small fee.

Exceptionally beautiful facilities, lovely decor, well maintained surroundings, nicely quiet. Very friendly and attentive staff, having the best in mind for their customers.

The hardest part is to find anything even remotely criticising. Borderline perfection!

The staff, location and resort was amazing. Every day we could admire sunsets from our terrace with a glass of wine. Don't waste time going to the city for a dinner. The chef of the restaurant in the resort is a wizard of food. Everything we had during dinners was good quality, fresh and delicious. Staff always smiled and were ready for help. Beautiful and clean beach. That is a very good place for families with children , couples and someone who looks for a calm and peaceful place.
