Fantastic place

Unfortunately there are some trashes in the water on the beach. Personel is taking care of it but every day some new trashes come. 😥

静かで落ち着いた空間であるにもかかわらず、開放的でアクティビティに優れていた点。

This hotel make people feel so relax but actually the staffs are not relax. They did their best to service costumers. We also got the dessert and welcome card in the room. The location is great. You can walk to the main street to shop. Breakfast is delicious with high quality beef, pork and chicken.

There is no air condition in the lobby.

Schönes Hotel mit Infinity Pool und direkt an einem sehr schönen Strandabschnitt. Personal ebenfalls sehr freundlich, Zimmer haben eine gute Größe. In fußläufiger Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants oder auch Massagestudios und Mini Markets. Trotz Nähe zum Flughafen sind die Flugzeuge kaum zu hören. Gut ausgestattetes Fitnesstudio - gerade für Vietnam :).

Frühstück hat uns nicht so überzeugt, wobei die Auswahl schon groß ist - man findet schon etwas :). Nur eine Kaffeemaschine was für lange Wartezeit gesorgt hat. Die Liegen am Strand und Pool sind für Personen über 1,80 m etwas kurz geraten und generell nicht so super bequem.

Дуже гарний готель з чудовим сервісом , дружній , привітний персонал, вони дійсно дають змогу тобі відчути особливим та важливим гостем ! Нам дали номер просто з неймовірною панорамою, по приїзду пригостили холодненьким , смачним напоєм, а у номері нас чекали тістечка. Приємним привітанням . У цьому готелі нам сподобалось все , заходи сонця у басейн Інфініті зі смачним коктейлем та живою музикою запамʼятаю назавжди. Дуже смачні сніданки, дуже гарної якості, від свіжих фруктів та натуральних йогуртів до прошутто та італійських сирів. Дуже хочу відмітити @LUNASPA при готелі , це був самий кращий масаж у моєму житті, та неймовірно -чудово проведений час з гарними азійськими ритуалами - дякуємо Luna , Cosmo and Dusita it’s was great 😃. Гарний пляж , пальми, свіжі кокоси та приємні люди . З задоволенням повернусь у цей готель.

Sometimes the communication (englisch) was not so easy. It was different between the personal.

Gutes Strandhotel. Es bietet alles, was es für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht.

Die Getränke, Glace und Speisen sind eher hochpreisig für die Region. Leider muss man ein Deposit in der Höhe des Gesamtpreises hinterlegen. Dieses Deposit wird erst 14 bis 45 !!! Tage nach der Abreise zurückbezahlt. Das ist für mich ein NoGo!

The staff were amazing and we loved the little extras such as cookies to our room each evening and a welcome cake. The pool was lovely and lots of sun loungers. It was great to have the beach there and this was clean with a good number of loungers there too - plenty of shade from trees as well. We had a great stay here, room was big with a good balcony. Breakfasts were fantastic.

The price of the drinks at the bar and during happy hour, the drinks took a long time to arrive as it is quite a small bar for the number of guests during happy hour. The sound checks too were slightly annoying when trying to enjoy the sunsets. These were such minor issues though.

The location and room were excellent. The front office staff were good and went out of their way to help you. They organized free pick up and drop to the airport. However, locating the driver with the hotel's name was an uphill task. The beach and pool were very clean. Breakfast was good.

Though we paid 100% advance using a debit card, we had to wait and argue to get checked in as my debit card was not working in their card machine. When we asked to meet the property GM, he was too busy to come over. When my wife insisted she wouldn't move, he came in and gave the same reasons saying it's a policy. He offered a 15% discount after negotiation and we paid again using the credit card. I am waiting for the money to be credited back into my account. The restaurant staff are not friendly and are rude sometimes. For example, when my wife asked for water one of the waitresses showed her where the glass and water were and did not serve her at the table. Not expected from a property like this. There are no coffee sachets on the property. The only option you have for coffee in the room is a premixed sachet with milk powder and sugar in it. Black coffee drinkers can't enjoy morning coffee in the room.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we felt like a million bucks staying at this beautiful resort. We had room 321 which in our opinion would be the best room. We had two balconies, one which overlooks the pool and beech and the other the beech. It had the most comfortable bed, linen and pillows I have slept in at a resort and I am very fussy with these. Every room is provided cute little beach cane baskets with your beech towels ready which was very handy and a nice touch. Shower and bathroom was beautiful with seperate toilet and your shower or bath view out to the ocean. No shower over bath which is another bonus. The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks delightful and the staff were always a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. Great variety of foods for every taste. The pool and beach was always clean and loads of chairs both around the pool and on the beach. We stayed 5 nights and decided to stay on the island for another 7 but unfortunately this resort was fully booked so we moved to another location. We were most sad to leave and will definitely stay here again on another trip. Special thanks to Ms Ladie who helped us at front desk and to the housecleaning and maintenance people who do a marvellous job.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were enormous and lovely open plan. Breakfast was amazing, location was amazing, right on the beach and a massive pool with swim up bar. Would recommend for anyone.

The only bad thing was the choice of music played at the pool bar, would have been better with more relaxed music.

Everything, especially the swimming pool. Beach front location was a bonus and breakfast was great with extensive choice. The room was great too, quite big with a balcony.

The room was spacious and very clean. It was nice and relaxing. We loved the pool. It was very kid friendly

Some details could be improved. For example: instead of water bottles, you can install a water filtered tap which the guests can use instead of plastic water bottles that contribute more rubbish to landfill. Another suggestion would be to have the hair dryer already plugs in and store in a drawer.

Perfekte Lage direkt am Strand, toller Blick aufs Meer und schöner Infinity Pool samt Poolbar, die zum Sundowner einlädt. Die Hotelanlage wurde stets sehr sauber gehalten. Auch das Fitnessstudio wurde ständig mit frischen Handtüchern, Bananen und Detox Wasser ausgestattet. Das Zimmer war auch sehr sauber und hatte die perfekte Größe. Darüber hinaus gab es durchweg kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Kekse oder Kuchen aufs Zimmer, was eine super schöne Geste ist.

Das Personal war leider nicht so aufmerksam bzw. hat einen nicht wirklich das Gefühl vermittelt willkommen zu sein. Allein der Check-In Prozess fühlte sich eher wie eine schnelle Massenabfertigung an. Auch beim Check-Out wurden keinerlei Fragen oder Feedback zum Aufenthalt gestellt, was ich als sehr irritierend empfand. Hauptsache schnell weg mit dem Gast. Habe ich so bisher in keinem anderen Hotel in Vietnam erlebt. Darüber hinaus könnte man die Gäste abends mit z.B. Live Music oder überhaupt etwas Musik abends zum Bleiben animieren. Aber leider war sowohl im Restaurant, als auch generell in der Hotelanlage nach 20 Uhr rein gar nichts los und man saß überwiegend alleine im Restaurant und die Kellner sahen beim Essen zu. Sehr komisches Gefühl bei der Größe des Hotels. Tagsüber gab es zwar etwas Musik am Pool, aber leider nur eine Playlist mit 4 Liedern, was irgendwann sehr anstrengend wurde. Auch nach Hinweisen von Gästen hat sich das nicht geändert.

Location was perfect with daily sunsets as it was west side of island. Everyone was polite and helpful at all times. The pool was fantastic and the Luna Thai Spa was also very good

Very happy with our choice

I liked how close it was to the coast of the sea, the different options provided daily for breakfast, spacious and clean room.

Check in was rather slow due to just one manpower at the counter
