The resort overall is beautiful. We had an ocean front room which was wonderful. Room was clean and up to date. Nice to hear the waves crashing makes you sleep so much better. The staff were ever so friendly and helpful always. We did the massage and it was so relaxing. The resort is close by restaurants and stores. We did go to the night market in town. Taxi was around 25,000.

The chairs on the beach are in rough shape and could use a little bit of upgrading. The cushions were terrible and you may as well just laid on the wood.

- sea unfortunately so littered with plastic waste that a beach holiday was not possible. We drove to the other side of the island for this. The problem is known. The side of the island where this floating garbage dump is located changes seasonally. Although the facility is very well maintained and the staff is very nice, I could only recommend a stay to a limited extent.

We have stayed in the Villa with Private Pool and it was absolutely fantastic, it has exceeded all of our expectations , even the pictures don’t do it justice. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, informative and efficient. They offer many useful services including free shuttle bus service. The Villa had everything you could possibly need (including real good espresso machine). Very stylish place, with a breathtaking view of the pool on top of the sandy beach, overlooking the sunset horizon!! Location was perfect. Near a main town just on a street full of restaurants, bars etc.. and steps away from the ocean! 15 min drive from airport and just in the middle of the island which means everything is easily in reach!

Free Breakfast was all about quantity but some of it not too much for quality.

Everything was exceptional! The staff went above and beyond to allow us late check out on both our rooms - a huge thank you. The resort is absolutely brilliant and we really enjoyed splashing around in our private pool as well as the beach. The food is equally delicious too.

Not as much as a “didn’t like” but we were told our room would be serviced twice a day which we were delighted to hear as we brought in a lot of sand (even after we washed ourselves off before coming in). Seemed weird to be told this but for it to not actually take place.

It is very expensive for Vietnam. There was no entertainment or music. The pool bar was closed. It lacked atmosphere. The private jacuzzi was not private.

The resort is just amazing and a great place for full relaxation. The staff was extremely helpful - at reception, in the restaurant, on the beach. They organize free transfers from and to the airport. The area was very nice and clean, they keep cleaning it every day. Nothing can beat their breakfasts, I've never seen this wide food variety that covers almost all world cuisines. They do everything to make their guests feel fully welcomed and relaxed. We're going to miss this resort and we'll definitely stay there again when we're back on Phu Quoc.

Neighboring resort Hawaii turns on really loud music in the evenings. Its volume has unhealthy levels. We were upgraded to get farther from it. It's noticeable that L'Azure Resort and Spa tries to mitigate the problem, but I hope they'll get rid of this forever.

Everything about our stay was truly fantastic. From the collection from the airport to services on offer, breakfast buffet and assistance with excursions. Nothing was too much trouble.

Everything. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Room was perfect. Location could not be better. 50mtrs to beach and 1km to night markets. Everything walking distance. Just an excellent resort all round. Would definitely return and highly recommend!

Beautiful setting, beautiful room. Staff was so helpful and attentive. The plants and trees on the property were gorgeous which made the stay there a very memorable time

The music from the neighboring site that played from 7 to 10 every night was not appreciated and definitely took away from the peaceful atmosphere of the beach at night.

The property is centrally located and very near to the night market and the Airport. Our room in the hotel was just some 50 meters from the beach. The room was very neat and tidy and had a great cottage-resort vibe to it. The beach is clean and very easily accessible. The swimming pool is well made and you can find shade in some portions if you plan on swimming during peak afternoon. The spread of the breakfast is wide with very fresh quality. The staff is very supportive and courteous. I met their GM, Mahesh, as well who made sure we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you for making our stay at Phu Quoc memorable, L’Azure!
