朝食込の値段だと聞いていたのに 素泊まりで あの値段は かなりたかく 同じ日付で金額みたけど 1泊1万違うのかなぜか 疑問しかなく残念でした

Our stay in Shibuya was perfectly situated for exploring Tokyo, with easy access to subways, taxis, and a plethora of shopping and dining options nearby. While the room was cozy and quiet, it might feel a bit cramped if you have a lot of luggage and with kids who like to be together in the same room when resting. However the room has everything you need for the stay (tea kettle, soap, shampoo, extra toiletries, etc). Overall, the hotel provided a convenient and peaceful base in one of Tokyo's most vibrant districts. If you prioritize location and convenience over spacious accommodations, this hotel is an excellent choice for your stay in Tokyo.

The thermostat is set to 20C. We are a family that are used to colder conditions as we are always hot. I wish we had more flexibility to lower the temperature or have access to a fan.

Great location in Shibuya, right near the train station for outwards travel and literally round the corner from the famous Scramble Square. Plenty of shops near by as well should you need to go get something.

Room size is a bit on the small size, felt a bit cramped at times, also the sound proofing isn't always great, you can hear outside traffic if sirens are going off, but apart from that, it is what we expected.

Location is good, but it’s very old. If you carry 28” luggage has to watch out, not easy to access to underground “lobby”/ recep area. Only have small recep area underground , self check in and check out. Barely have the sense of being attended. Staff hardly show friendly.
