Some rules not clear until u face the chop,, for example it was not clear whether breakfast is included or not in the first place until the time we were told to leave the restaurant,,, found it not inorder,,,,

location , front desk were brilliant & food was excellent . The proximity to all my appointments was a blessing . Love their sandwiches , breakfast . Staff was cordial but it’s embarrassing to expect to be tipping every little bag they help u with . I just felt bad and tipped most of the time .

The first room Bathroom had mold everywhere . Was black mold on a white curtain . A hair dryer and iron would help . The noise outside my room was unbearable . One can hear every sound . I couldn’t sleep one night since the next room kept having visitors and the walls are thin & audible . I extended my stay by another day and they moved me, that bathroom seemed new . They charged me for a postponement/ cancellation I had to make due to an illness . I had the Dr notes as well . I travel around the world quite a bit and no hotel has charged when you have a legit reason to postpone . Most online & Booking.com reservations have free cancellations . Since I booked directly with the hotel they refused and charged me a cancellation fee even after going through a family recommendation . Its a pity I had to request just basic courtesy , that’s when they offered 50% off the cancellation fee. I understand we all have businesses to run so paying 50% was fair and I offered to rebook there .

The location was good, close to the beach and nice restaurants.

We arrived late in the afternoon, well after check in time, our room wasn’t ready, I really wanted to get to the beach before it got dark, we were kept waiting for half an hour. I don’t think that is acceptable 5pm is too late.

The room and bathroom were extremely clean. Staffel very caring. Special thanks to the night manager, the chauffeur for the airport pickup and to Mr. Kareji and Mr Arun.
