This is the best spot for a comfortable and quiet stay in Vientiane for me. Period. The room was large, clean, and quiet; the staff was friendly and spoke good English, which is fairly rare here. I particularly appreciated the attention to details: the furniture, appliances, and the soundproofing joist tape on the door frame (see picture). I'll definitely stay there again and highly recommend this place.

It was a flawless experience for me.

Good location central to everything in Vientiane, a short walk to Riverfront Park and the night market. Rooms are small but functional, with small balconies overlooking a courtyard. Good breakfast. Nice and welcoming staff.

Building is dated and could use a refresh. Air conditioner was loud and rattled all night. Tiny bathroom barely big enough to squeeze into. Honestly, the hotel was fine for what it was, but nothing special, particularly for the price.
