ホテルの方たちの対応がとても良かったです

冷蔵庫に食べかけのお菓子が入ったまま残っていた。シャワーのお湯の調節が難しかった。

酒店不是很新，但是日本的酒店都维护的很好的，干净整洁，设施很齐全。前台小哥态度太好了，咨询了一些金泽的交通问题，都一一耐心回答！太棒了

My room was like an 80’s/90’s timecapsule. I liked that nonetheless. Breakfast was amazing. Location can’t get any better than this; right next to the train station.

Because it was so old, it felt a bit dirty. Also the drain was full of somebody else’s hair. Thin walls and you could every sound from the streets.

部屋のエアコンが古いタイプで、温度設定とか出来なくて、風量だけ？？のもので。 部屋が暑かったから、冷房かけたかったのに、暖房の暖かい風しか出てこなくて 暑かった。

駅から近い。日本のビジネスホテルの最低限はクリアしている。

部屋のクオリティーに対して値段が高い。 枕元にコンセントが欲しかった。 トイレのクオリティーも最低限。 部屋や風呂の広さも最低限。

口コミには匂いが云々ありましたが、禁煙でしたしカビ臭くもなく清潔でした。ドライヤーも据え付けのものでない高温タイプがあって助かりました。駅近で便利でした。朝食バイキングも充実して気持ちよく対応してくださいました。

コンセントの少なさ。お風呂場とベッドにコンセント、できればUSB電源が欲しいです。

The breakfast catered to both of us well. He likes a Japanese breakfast. I like western. Both were provided and were delicious. We were delighted by the laundry room, just what we needed. Also liked the Bizen pottery collection.

We knew it is a smoking hotel so we can’t complain that you smell tobacco smoke in the foyer areas. It would be great if people gave up smoking.
