Pillows too soft

The location was convenient. The staff were friendly.

The room smelled extremely bad (like musty stale cigarettes) when I arrived. Even after airing it out the smell did not go completely. The breakfast was very minimal. It was way overpriced for the state of the rooms.

Breakfast was very good. A shame that this isn't included in the price of the room. The staff were also very nice.

The rooms are quite small. It would have helped to have an electrical socket on both sides of the bed.

No air conditioning. Rooms were too small. Hallway was quite messy.

This is my third time staying at this Ibis, and can see some definite improvements in customer service over the last 2 stays (one during COVID-19). The staff were helpful and the duty manager/Hotel Manager? even took the time to show me the source of the really nice and pleasant fragrant smell in the lifts and the floors (a nice sandalwood smell) Will definitely stay here again if visiting friends again in Adliswil

I have previously said this is the most expensive Ibis I have stayed in anywhere in the world, and this view hasn't changed, especially considering there's nothing special about it. Although Zurich is expensive in general, there are definitely better options around for a slightly better experience.

we arrived early and they allowed us to check in early. it was such a relief because we came from Hong Kong and we were very tired and sleepy. staff were extra friendly and helpful. the beds that we got were two single beds. it was very narrow but exceptionally comfortable. I didn't know I could sleep so well in that bed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for our travels. The room was spacious and quite clean, and the bed was comfy. It had a big and secure parking lot.

The bar below the hotel was extremely noisy, it kept us up for quite some time.

Standard rooms have no AC. It was over 89 when we were there! It is also out of the central zone 110 by a couple of stops.

There was no electric kettle in the room, that was most missed. It was my son’s birthday, while checking in the lady (Ms. Nina) at reception told that they will keep a cake for him in eve. But there was none!

My room was very Quiet and clean. You are not disturbed by movement of other guests. You definitely do not hear showers or toilets from other rooms which is excellent.

Would like air condition in each room and a refrigerator. In Australia we have coffee or tea making facility in every room. Yes it is an extra but is very much appreciated.

The room and the bathroom were fine. The breakfast was excellent, the personnel was friendly and ready to help.

No air conditioner. We had to leave the window opened as it was pretty hot in the room, but with a window opened it was very noisy.

Lady at the reception was very polite, very helpful and very professional and very respectful. She knows how to deal with customers very well. when I arrived at the hotel , lift was not working and ai had a 20 kilos suitcase with me which ai had to carry to 2nd floor. If it was not her I might have been angry, she made the situation very easy bh explaining in a very calm and friendly manner. Dhe even offered me help if she wants me to carry the suitcase to my room- I said not needed . She didn’t had to do that but stll she offered help being alone on the reception. She went beyond my expectations. I didnt had the adaptor to charge my mobile and when I asked her she gave me 2 adaptors which saved my tons of time, money, energy and stress. Because I was with family and had my nephews who needed thier mobiles to play games and those adapters saved my stress. She also provided me with map and guided me the routes and everything. She deserves a promotion and hike in her salary. She is the best staff you might had ever.Her people talking skills are amazing.She makes everything essy.

Bathrooms were very tiny in my room and the room was too snall.
