The property has a lot of character and a very English feel. Staff was courteous and specially the breakfast was like home made.

I like the hotel as a whole but just a small suggestion, if hotel could also keep some body lotion then that would be great.

Location, size and quality of accommodation. I had stayed there before. Great cooked breakfast buffet (veggie option available).

Loved the location and all the staff were really helpful, welcoming and cheerful. The room was pitch black and very quite at night as well so had a brilliant nights sleep.

it’s a bit pricey (but so are all hotels in Leeds). the breakfast could be a bit more international, with for example fruits, plain yoghurt, cheese.

Our room was excellent,large comfortable bed. Decent size room, the full English was very good the staff were great and very helpful. Very good location for headingley stadium and centre. Lots of bars and restaurants around. But tucked away and quiet.

Only thing I would change is the amount of stairs. We were on the second floor, the stairs run up the centre of the house which is stunning. But each floor has 3 small flights of steps. Worth thinking about if you have mobility issues.

Staff were very polite on arrival, the hotel was very smart and gave a brilliant first impression. Our room was a good size, very comfortable bed and very good refreshments (tea,coffee,hot chocolate and biscuits). Onsite parking was very good. A good buffet selection at breakfast and tasted great. Will book again when next in Leeds. Thank you

Lovely cosy hotel brilliantly located staff couldn’t do enough for you.

Greta location for easy access to Headingly Stadium. The Hotel is comfortable if a little quaint. Staff were very accommodating and answered any questions or requests we had quickly and professionally. Great breakfast!

jewelry was stolen from our room totaling £1000 when ask who had been in that room the manager phone me telling me it had gone missing due to me having a £65 bar bill and was i going to leave with out paying it. Would not contact the police as he said that no crime had occur the police would not look at it and laugh . Well just to let him know the police have taken it Serious and are investigating the matter I will also be suing the Manager/Hotel for defamation as I recordered the telephone conversatiion keep clear read write ups about this manager a sister hotel Corn Mill Lodge see you in court

been robbed and talk to like a criminal by a jumped up manager that did not have the guts to meet face to face
