Very central! Modern and clean

The bed was solid wasn’t comfortable at all

Good area, great location in the centre of Leeds. Staff were lovely

There is hardly any room to move about in the actual rooms. There is no storage space for any of your belongings. Just a slight hole next to the bed. No where to store anything in the bathroom. There was only one towel so we had to ask for more. The floors were dirty as I was there for 2 hours wearing white socks and the bottoms were black. The shower head hardly worked. The water didn’t come out of shower head properly most of the water just came out of the connection bit. There was live wires hanging out of the bed. The WiFi didn’t work for most of our stay and the staff wasn’t entirely truthful about it getting fixed. We were only given two rolls of toilet roll for a 3 day stay with two people in the room. There was dust everywhere, you could see it piled up on the toilet flushed and the taps. Trying to flush the toilet was ridiculous, we nearly broke our fingers because it wouldn’t work. When we had a shower loads of tissue came up from the drain which made us not get back into the shower for our stay. The sink wouldn’t hold water it automatically drained away even when the plug was down. The rooms wallpaper was being worn off the wall because everyone can’t move around and have to be up against the wall to even get anywhere. In the bathroom the no more nails or whatever it’s called hadn’t been put down properly. It’s all coming away from the floor and the walls in multiple areas

The bed, the air con/fan

Everything else, no table, kettle, drinking water, no space, see through toilets, no door on the toilet where locks would be a luxury, we only had 1 card key and when I had to go out the room lights would turn off, a very stupid system. The constant banging of people walking on the above floor but luckily that calmed down after I complained about it.

Good location

Lack of towels in the room, no where to hang clothes, no drinking glasses or tea/coffee in the room

The air conditioning once I figured out how to use it.

The room was like a prison cell, so small. Paid extra for a window only for it to be a brick wall & the window couldn't open. The TV turned on by itself in the middle of the night. The mattress was hard & so were the pillows. There was zero privacy in the bathroom as it didn't lock & it was glass, no where to put the used towel from a sink wash as the shower head attachment was broken & the head was resting on the broken attachment when we arrived.

Everything was great no complaints

Excellent location. Extremely friendly & helpful staff. Clean It's a small very basic room, beds are comfortable and extra pillows provided.

No table or hanging space in the room. Could do with some hooks adding to the coat rack or more space behind the coat rack to hang hangers. A small table in the room would be useful.
