Bardzo ładny słoneczny apartament. Duży metraż, dwie łazienki. Miła obsługa, udało się zameldować chwilę przed umówioną godziną. Winda. Dobrze zaopatrzona kuchnia. Basen na dachu. Łatwy dostęp do metra.

Wonderful sea views Spacious apartments Fully equipped kitchen

We were accommodated in a different apartment than we booked on the first night! There was almost no sea view and heating was broken, so it was cold and miserable. I put my laptop and documents in the safe. When we returned in the evening, the safe wouldn't open and the staff is only at the reception until seven, so I didn't even have a chance to get to my things. On the second day, we were finally moved to the apartment we paid for. It was fine except for the broken electrical outlet by the bed and the cracked tiles in the bathroom. But it had sea views, working AC and working safe. They never apologized for the bad apartment or offered us any compensation. The last straw was that there was a storm on the last day, but they didn't allow us to pay for late checkout (which they could have offered us for free and automatically since they put us in an inferior room on the first day). However, when we arrived after 4 hours in the rain with a 6 month old for our luggage, other people had yet to checkout, so obviously it was possible.

Location, amenities

It's a modern new apartment in new building. Furniture is simple and comfortable. There is most of needed kitchen equipment, but some are missing (cutting board). Everything is clean, but for this price I would expect a bit more of details. Location Is perfect - 100 meters from the beach, same from "little Rambla" - Rambla del Poblenou. Many excellent small restaurants, grocery shops, good connection with downtown by public transportation.

we got only one towel each for 5 nights stay. There was washing/drying laundry machine, but still it would be nice to get at least 2 each. even with this minor minus - I would come back

Excellent service and friendly welcome from Juan. Juan took the time to show us around our apartment and tell us a little about the area as well.

Nothing like the pictures. Very unclean and furniture in bad condition. Did not feel safe with my baby here as all homeless people hang round outside. Very disappointed pictures are nice however apartment is nothing like these all furniture is worn and old. Cooker didn’t work so couldn’t feed my child which is why I booked an apartment. If I knew that the property would be like this before I booked it I would have never of booked this and would of chose somewhere else to stay. Not worth the money.

L’établissement est très agréable, moderne, bien décoré et très propre. Personnel setviable. Consigne de bagages gratuite.

Excellent location, short distance to the shops and restaurants, room is clean with city view and close to the beach which is a bonus

Spacieux, 2 chambre une avec grand lit et une avec 2 lit simple, 2 salle de bain wc une avec douche et une avec baignoire, grand séjour avec deux canapé lit confortable, cuisine bien équipe avec lave vaisselle, appart pas loin de la plage et de plusieurs ligne de metro, plusieurs magasin à coté,

Top location, great appartment especially for families with children.

Only 1 small remark is that it would be nice to have a vacuum cleaner in the room to do some cleaning yourself during the stay.

Very comfortable, clean & spacious appartment in lovely quiet location, close to city centre. Staff were very professional & helpful. Highly recommend Lugaris Beach appartments.

excellent location . very close to many restaurants and a 5 min walk to the beach . beautiful walk along the beach front to the city centre with plenty of beach bars on the way . we booked a business apartment with sea views , which had stunning views, could not have been happier.

on arrival was told hidden cost 200 euro in case of damages . It was deducted immediately, but refund takes up to 2 weeks to be transferred back .
