El alojamiento está en el centro del casco antiguo, es decir, una ubicación excelente. La habitación superó nuestras expectativas, muy limpia, amplia y con vistas a una de las calles centrales pero bien insonorizada.

Great location bang in the centre of the old part of the city. Clean and bright room.
Check - in was very confusing. After booking I was told that check in details would be sent to me. The day before my stay I had received nothing so I contacted the property. They then said they needed my passport details in advance. I then had communications from two different people which was very confusing. (the apartment has a sister apartment in the same street who were also communicating with me!). Eventually I was able to go to that hotel and manually check in.
Fridge was very noisy which is not good in a small room.

I have now stayed here twice. the location, staff and comfort are excellent. the keyless access is also very useful.
I have stayed in two different rooms there now - and the smaller one is smaller for sure. the large rooms are incredibly nice.

Nice rooms but not cheap. Staff rating is because there are NO staff in this location. Check-in is done on line; a code is provided via email to access the premises. If you have questions or need assistance you have to do it on Whatsapp or some other digital platform or walk to another property to actually deal with a human. I expect more service for the price. Totally impersonal.

Well .. location & reception for checking in though not on site was easy .. I had to alone for 1st time in Bilboa , couldn’t speak the local language.. but all went well .. room on 1st Level .. really facilitated my 1 - night stay !

CLOSE TO TRAM WICH TAKES YOU TO MOST OF THE ATTRACTIONS, LOCAL AREA IS LOVELY\ THE ROOM IS SELF CONTAINED BUT CLEANED BY THE STAFF. IT WAS VERY CLEAN

Central location in the old town. Close to Metro station and within easy walk of most major sites. Lovely old building with added bonus of a lift when all the steps in the town get too much. Keypad secured main building, separate area and bedrooms. Rooms and foyer area clean and well looked after. Decent sized fridge and microwave in room. Fresh towels every day and room cleaned. We were lucky enough to have a window overlooking the street to see carnival bands go past.
My only problem would be that the pillows were a bit on the thin size for me. Nothing else i could complain about.

the heating was on just from 18:00 to 24:00 and from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
They gave me an electric heater so at the end the temperature it was ok, but because of it, the air was very hard fo breath during the night

This was the perfect location and the room was really spacious and clean. Better than a lot of 4 star hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. There was even a desk so it was useful to work from there too.

The property is in a great location close to casco metro station. We were only staying one night so booked one of the internal rooms without a view. Had fridge, kettle and microwave. If staying longer we would book one of the front rooms with a little balcony as we did during the summer. Communication with staff via WhatsApp is efficient and you get your code delivered to your phone by 2pm on the day you check in.
