The views were really nice that is what made the hotel more bearable to stay in the bar man Ali was really nice and friendly and met some lovely people who we made friends with

OK so it's a really honest review but how disappointed we was throughout the week 1st impressions nice friendly... So they disconnect your use of Facebook and Instagram on free WiFi so u have to buy it ...we never did we went to moonlara outside to use socials or the coffee shop down road which do the best frappes. Food...omg horrendous I lost weight coming back no variety just apples and oranges the juice is watered down and I asked for a Pepsi as had a hangover and he said no and couldn't have one untill 10 untill bar outside opened went shop! The cocktails are not cocktails the pina colada is milk! And it fements when hot the mojitos are just lemonade grass and slice lemon if u want better cocktails you have to buy them at the bar near sea and was 22 pounds! So back to food it's more catered to germans and Chinese and the only time they bought cups out for coffees is when the big boss came and when we asked why now we gad cups and saucers his reply was the Chinese like to take away coffees?? OK so what about everyone else?? That like to sit and have a coffee I had to put 3 paper cups in one so never burned My hand! Lol and coffee omg ewwwww! I must admit lunch was ok but not great and I had raw turkey one evening made me feel sick I just ate rice and chips and I have a varied pallette I love all foods but this was just not up to standard! Dinner in evening wow so smoky u couldn't sit at bottom part as you was coughing and couldn't breath from smoke from them cooking! One guy asked for window to be opened and was just ignored!!! Yeah if u like good food and tasty this hotel is not for u! The beer at bar is so flat you could see people sipping it like what is this! Snack bar ok wow not good! Dry pasta and the most horrendous burgers dry! And no cheese to put on or butter for buns?? Pool is very small and the one slide is okay but I cut myself going down on my bum lol! Very rickety!

The location is Beautiful specially with the sea view. We absolutely loved it.

Everything was great.

The hotel is well situated and has easy access to shops situated around the area.

What I didn't like about the hotel is that when we made the booking it didn't live up to the description made on their website. There was no animation team, No Kids Club, and hardly any evening entertainment... which meant having to leave the hotel to find things to do. The pool didn't have enough sun loungers, and not everything was included in the all inclusive price..

Great location, tasty food and nice view from the room to the sea

great sized rooms and large balcony, nicely decorated. the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. the hotel was beautiful and the outdoor space was lovely too, lots to do. the buffet was much better than we thought after reading some reviews; there was a lot of choice and good value for money.

the alcoholic drink selection could have been better and the timing of the dinner buffet could have been a little earlier, we felt 7 was quite late.

Every thing is great, staffs, location and food is very good.
