Centrally located… very close to several shopping malls like Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia, Tanah Abang..has a long history. Staff at reception and the breakfast cafe were very nice and went out of their way to serve. Wide variety of delicious breakfast selection. Local coffee was sublime.
The bathroom at 522 had a bad smell to it.. the room 801 had rats at the ceiling… can hear rodents moving abt at night.

6 star free breakfast. Best I’ve ever enjoyed anywhere let alone a hotel breakfast. Outrageous! So much variety such high quality I gorged daily!
In the pictures they advertise a rooftop swimming pool. The pictures look great. In real life, the swimming pool is almost impossible to do laps in. I’m a lap swimmer and I chose the hotel because I figured I could do laps from the pictures. There’s a child section that the pictures don’t show is corded off by a floating cord. So unless you want to constantly be having to duck under the cord and smack your face in the incredibly shallow child part this is not gonna be a good pool for laps. I did not enjoy that and that’s the main reason I chose this hotel.

Location is the best!
The room feels like an old hotel with low ceiling but it is an old building. However the interior is new and good

Concierge and check in staff good! Really pleased that the staff noted my request for an ironing board and placed one in my room while I was out.
Staff at the breakfast restaurant were great too, I told them I loved the food and they offered to cook me any Indonesian dish I wanted, that is such great service to wake up to in the morning! Buffet spread was extensive and delicious too - French toast stations and bakso were very good.

Location was very good, hotel staff were friendly. Right in the city center so it's easy to access everywhere. Clean rooms and sheets, more than enough power outlets for your devices.
The coffee machine was broken. It wasn't of a named brand like Keurig or Nespresso. The glasses were a little stained.

I am a regular who stayed at Kempinsky for business missions. I booked 2 nights-deluxe-room in early May and got upgraded to grand deluxe for free. Staffs were friendly and very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.

Location is good, facilities are clean
Staff are not so helpful, spent 30 min of time trying to have a late check out till 1:45 only which was not accepted, until the GM came and made it within a minute!!

Location and staff except for the lady handling transport working outside
Lack of quality restaurants and bars . The lady handling transport always trying to sell you silver bird when all I wanted was bluebird and that too ages to organise.

The hotel is connected to Plaza Indonesia which is very convenient for anyone to do shopping or looking for eating places. The room is reasonably spacious and well maintained.
The pillow is too soft. but I managed to get it replaced. The menu for sahur is very limited. Hot meal is very much suitable when you have to consume food at odd hours.

Location is perfect, in the central and next to one of the biggest mall in Jakarta.

The location was good near for shoping and the mall have a lot of restaurant , the room is good.
The insulation of the room is on that good because i can hear the sound of the next room and also the outside the room, the airport is far away from the hotel , it take me almost one hour.
