화려하지 않고 매우 단정하지만 여행에 필요한 모든 것이 다 갖춰진 호텔. 공항, 시내에 접근이 20분이내로 가능한 완벽한 위치. 도어, 프론트, 식당, 콘시어지, 모든 직원들의 친절함, 조금 낡고 작지만 객실의 청결함. 1층과 17층에 위치한 식당들의 훌륭한 서비스와 메뉴들. 그리고 맛! 수영장과 그라운드.....무엇보다도 IHG 회원 및 투숙객 입장이 가능한 사우나! 시내와 공항까지 제공되는 무료 셔틀 버스 서비스는 투숙객을 현지인으로 만들어 주는 듯 합니다. 항공사 크루들이 많은 호텔로 일본어를 못하는 여행객이라도 영어 및 다국어 소통이 가능한 것도 장점입니다. 전세계 수많은 브랜드의 호텔을 다녀봤지만 이런 느낌의 호텔은 처음임. 나리타에 간다면 꼭 다시 갈 것임.

아쉬운 점을 찾기 어려운 호텔입니다. 꼭 찾아야 한다면, 약간 오래된 인테리어와 오래된 TV가 좀 아쉽습니다. 억지로 아쉬운 점을 더 찾는다면, 1층 로비의 편의점이 좀 더 컸으면^^

I stayed overnight and it was exactly as advertised. The shuttle bus was prompt and directly outside the airport. There was a convenience store inside which was useful after a long flight and just wanting to get some sleep.

Very expensive - cost $130 for 2 x drinks and buffet dinner for 2 which was very average Rooms were very outdated and beds very uncomfortable- we stayed here to be close to airport for our last night and get a good night sleep, we both ended up not sleeping much as beds were so uncomfortable

Chambre dans le style des années 80, mobilier usé jusqu'à la corde. Aucune prise autour du lit ce qui empêche de brancher un appareil comme une Cipap. C'est un grave manquement de l'hôtel.

Hotel was clean, spacious, restful place to stay the night for an early flight so that there wasn't a need to worry about rushing down from Tokyo City in the early morning. Airport shuttles take just 15minutes to and fro, though shuttle only starts at 6am. Food at Ceres was nice and comforting to have just before the trip back home. There's also a 24hour convenience store.

The hotel is close to the airport with a regular shuttle service. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant provided a good breakfast and a la carte menu.

The hotel is looking very tired and needs refurbishing. Does not deserve a 4 star rating. The bed was extremely hard.

湯垢が少しあったので、古さを感じました。

We were immediately greeted with amazing customer service. Hotel lobby is very inviting, restaurants are lovely and rooms are great. We were also upgraded upon arrival. Can’t fault this property especially for a lay over in Tokyo before heading Hakuba, shuttle service was great.

Convenient location to Narita Airport as well as the large Narita shopping complex. Big rooms that had everything we needed. Shuttle bus to airport is very helpful.

The sofa bed mattress was very old and had some pretty horrible looking stains on it. It was so lumpy and dirty that my daughter slept on the floor instead.

Hotel is well equipped and spacious room. Friendly and professional staff. But still value for the price paid

Rooms are a little old and dated. Floor and window can be cleaner. Bed kinda sinks in in the middle but hard around the edges (sign of age?)

特に気が付かなかったけど、成田空港からの迎えの本数が少なかったことが気になりました。

朝食ブッフェが種類豊富で美味しかった。 しかし、コップの補充がいつまでもなされないなど、サービス面で満足とは言えない状況。 ルームサービスはボリュームもあり美味しかった。 ただ、食器を下げるのが遅い。翌日も部屋の前に置きっぱなしだった。

調度品が古すぎる（一例としてランプシェードが変色しており、端のテープも剥がれかけている）。
