quiet cozy place, beautiful green area, good clean room, very good place. Facilities was good in the villa, huge villa and we got private wifi in our villa. We really liked it. Also the staff gave us the best service! the quality corresponds to 100%.

A very cozy and well-decorated villa in the city center from walking distance from mini mart just in the front of the villa. The breakfast was amazing! My friend and I stayed there for two days and enjoyed it. Gloria and the staff are amazing, super caring to us, accommodating and kind

Beautiful property and the staff were outstanding and very accommodating. I would recommend for anyone to stay here. Location was good, restaurants and mini mart within walking distance.

The staff were amazing, so kind and thoughtful. They looked after us and made our stay very special. The villa was stunning a great size and the pool area was lovely. I would highly recommend this property.

There was nothing that we didn’t like at the property.

The villa was good and quiet. The staff was really nice, they helps us a lot about where to go in Bali, about tourist attraction and all information we need. Also the floating breakfast was amazing.

Unfortunately the location is far from anywhere, no good places that we can go just by walk and see around

Very Friendly and welcoming staff, nice breakfasts- accepted a complimentary floating breakfast which was a fun novelty. The private pool was a real treat. Loads of space within the villa including an outdoor/undercover kitchenette, although we did not use.

Located outside Canggu main area so transport is required to explore. 15-20 minute taxi ride to main streets. There was a few basics with walking distance (Cirle k, laundry and Warungs.). The bed was big but half was very uncomfortable and worn, needed replacing.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The villa was wonderful. Very clean. Large living area. Gardens and grounds were delightful.

The toilet had flushing problems.

Great Villa, lots of room, good AC and bathroom, great pool and outdoor area. Mini mart right next door was very convenient.

Place is still recovering from COVID, facilities are just ok and its only a 2 star place at best. Breakfast is terrible to be honest and wouldnt take much to improve

The rooms were beautiful and huge, the outside area was breath taking, amazing pool and tanning area. very clean and lovely staff.

i liked the Villa itself the pool was nice,

the Visa card machine got stuck for one hour upon arrival, they don’t have contact-less, and they are not very cooperative I asked them to give me the room until their machine work as the problem was from their side and not mine, they told me to go withdraw money which I cannot when in a foreign country as the bank charges are extremely high! i had to wait in the lobby till it got sorted out another day i got locked out of my own villa! someone from housekeeping I guess locked it with a padlock and the key i have was not opening it, even the staff couldn’t get it opened, I literally stayed locked out for more than 20 mins

Staff were very kind and helpful. Restaurants nearby and we could easily order transport if we wanted to go further. Room was clean and loved the pool.

everything excellent , the position is near every service and not far from canggu beach.

the villa was nice and spacious and pool was lovely too along with a lovely outdoor shower. We had the breakfast only one day, you pick from a menu of about 8 options (both local food options and western food) and it was simple, enough to keep you satisfied for the morning but it wasn't anything amazing. Overall this place is very good value for money.

Really only small things but for some people I know they'd be non negotiable. Our bed was very squeaky, all you had to do was roll over or sit on it and it was creak and make a lot of loud noises. We also got massages at the hotel, again the massage bed you had to lay on was also really creaky so every time the massage person moved it would creak, not really ideal when getting a massage and trying to relax. Wifi really only connects in the main section of the villa, this wasn't an issue for us but for people working remotely it could be an issue. Also we constantly had to be asking for more towels, we were only given 2 but when going into the pool constantly and then the beach we needed more towels, we were given them each time but then housekeeping would take them the next morning so again we would have to ask. Lastly, the location is ok but it's still a good 5-10 minute scooter (don't even bother with cars so much traffic!!!!) into the main strip of Canggu. There are some lovely cafes/restaurants a few minutes walking distance to the facility but just know you're not near the main hustle and bustle of it all.
