Location is very good. Balcony is nice. Sea view is awesome.

Hotel is old and needs renovation. Noisy due to the location. Breakfast below average. Not good value for the price.

1. LOCATION - it is facing Marine drive, esp if you are taking "sea facing" suite room. 2. Near to some good food joints and Colaba. 3. The suite is large and good for the family. 4. The balcony faces the sea.

1. The photos showed a carpet in the Queen necklace suite room, which was not present in reality. ITS A BIG PUT OFF and you feel cheated. 2. The bathroom shares the sound with the next room though it doesnt disturb grossly. 3. The bathroom is too ordinary and doesnt match the 'suite' at all. 4. The wood furniture and wall peelings show that the room is worn out; needs serious refurbishing and upgradation in looks. 5. One or two "sea facing" rooms have a huge tree in front which can put off any person. I hope thay label it as "partial" sea facing room. 6. The breakfast is compulsively sereved in the room with only 2 options of poha / egg preparation and tea/coffee. Didn't expect that.

It was good experience but toiletries are given sfter demand it should ne kept before your customers check in

The breakfast menu is decent. There could be more options though.

The room was not the way it was shown in the pictures. We requested for double bed but got two singles and one cot. The room did not have coffee maker or enough toilet paper. Could spot insects everywhere.

The one most important thing about this hotel - It's location is outstanding. You can sit on the balcony sipping tea and can watch the views of sunset at the marine drive. The hotel - clean and simple rooms, basic amenities available like electric kettle and a complimentary water bottle each day. It's located right next to the fort area so there's plenty of good eateries nearby. If you don't want to go out, you can also order via swiggy Or zomato. I was a solo female traveller and I should say that it's pretty safe. The staff is extremely good too. All in all, it was a really good experience staying there.

I had ordered food couple of times through swiggy when I was staying there. One thing I would like to say is kindly don't allow the delivery people to come upstairs. There are two shifts, in the morning shift the receptionist is pretty strict about not letting them go up but in the evening shift, they allowed the swiggy guy few times during the stay. Instead have them deliver it to the reception and send a hotel staff to the room with the food. I know it's not a big deal, but since I was staying solo, I would have preferred if they were not allowed inside.
