Wasn’t very clean

The rooms are not welcoming though clean and appropriate

The garden, the Cafe, the bar the Lobby, staff were so nice and willing to make you feel great. Security. Excecutive lounge was great.

The room was half clean. Under the bed I looked for something and I found it to be really dirty even though the rest of the room was made thoroughly, Japanese restaurant sky rocket expensive for the food and service you get

Food is good. Even though it is a small spread compared to other hotels I have seen, quality of the food is very good and service was awsome

Beds could have been a little hard, little too much spring, this I personally did not like, otherwise everything else is good.

Noisy from from next room seemly they have party at nights I called front office to check but no one get back to me

I liked the courtesy extended by the staff, one and all, good spread at the breakfast, we dined at the italian restuarant - was a good experience, at first the room was assigned was at the extreme corner of the hotel wit a city view, didn't like it, got it changed to a pool view, though again at the extreme end of the building, still did have a better with the pool view. Overall was a pleasant experience during our 4 days stay

Nothing that I did not like

The location is fine. Staff are very hospitable and always smiling. Room is nice, bed is big and very comfortable. Breakfast and restaurant hours and long and convenient. They allowed me 1 hour early check-in.

I felt the food is a bit overpriced.

More than the size of the room, it was shape of it that was rather odd. But all else was pretty slick!

We stayed in room 335!!. The whole atmosphere of the hotel and their willingness to please was exceptional! They made us feel welcome and respected from the minute we arrived there. Breakfast was included on our booking and it was great, a huge range, again staff were so happy to please, nothing was too much to ask. Food from the restaurants and room service was a little too expensive but what could we do?? having said that the food was very very good though. All we can say is do yourself a favour and stay there, treat them well and you will be repaid tenfold!!

only the cost of the food was a little high but put up with it as no other alternative. The rest was 150% good!!
