old towels and pillows are still in use and the complimentary water are not disposable drinking bottle its literally reusable drnking bottles, unhygienic and unsafe to use

I stayed 2 nights in Hotel Hans during my business trip in Delhi. the stay was very comfortable. The Hotel is in Great location, the historical shopping Mall Connaught Place is in walking distance, also the Subway stations are nearby. The staff waS wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very comfortable , rooms are clean & equipped with air purifier. the front office executives were very helpful - they upgrade my booking with a city view room. The view from room is magnificent. I. especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset. Breakfast was fantastic. highly recommended the Hotel Hans for my colleagues & friends.

the lobby & corridors have a damping smell- but Rooms are completely fresh. Washroom is little bit small.

The breakfast was advertised at 200rupees but then I was charged nearly 6x. Booking.com sorted this out but the hotel on their own would not. The breakfast is terrible and only worth 200. Fortunately the South Indian Juggernaut cafe 100 metres away has a great breakfast and is far cheaper. The room is 4 star but has no bottled water in the rooms, there is also no bar and the mini bar is empty. You can get a beer in the breakfast place but there is no atmosphere and the price is almost the same as the Imperial Hotel!!!! There are absolutely no facilities here and no decent common parts In short stay here for the room and location and go out for everything

staff behaviour, they dont care of guests after you check in. I had issues with hot water in shower, when i checked with housekeeping and reception, they said we will give you bucket of hot water or you have to wait for approx 4 hrs before till they fix the boiler. After many requests they upgraded to new room.

I stayed in Hotel Hans - on 25 oct 2022 only for 12 hours , checked in at morning 10am ..and check out around 9pm. Hans is huge property , right in the heart of DELHI on TOLSTOY ROAD, Walking Distance from connaught place , 1- The room was huge, very clean , T.v , Kettle, wifi was available ( not super fast though) , Bathroom was clean & toiletries were provided, 2- We were given room on the 16th floor , view was fantastic through the huge window . 3- Bed , Bed sheets were clean and comfortable , Running Hot water in the Bathroom. 4- Reception staff was good let us check in at 10 am .

Had called for tea etc .. was very expensive. Rest everything was ok. Frankly not worth spending 5k plus rupees per night , Apart from the Location nothing great.

didn’t provide the right room upon check in was very smelly then showed the other two rooms then we picked up one that was satisfactory. no toiletries no tea coffee stuff. House keeping was not good. Room service was ok. we ask for cloak room service say yes but kept our luggage just next to their reception area in open area. Disappointed
