Location and spacious room

Waiting in the lobby was too long.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton New Delhi Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located close to Nexus Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options nearby. The room I stayed in was a bit on the small side, but it was well-maintained and comfortable. Special mention to Jitendra, who did a great job keeping the room clean throughout my stay. The staff at the hotel are exceptionally polite and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Carlton from the kitchen stood out with his kindness and attentiveness—he provided us with karha every day to help protect against the virus, which was a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast was decent, though nothing extraordinary. There was a good variety of options, but the quality could be improved slightly. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend Sheraton New Delhi Hotel, especially for its convenient location and excellent staff.

Sauna and steam were under renovation this could not use them

Breakfast was really good, many options.

３泊しましたが、ストレスのない快適な滞在ができました。朝食も種類豊富で美味しかったです。すぐ隣にショッピングモールがあり、インド国内外の主なブランドが入っているのでお買い物にも便利です。

敢えて言うのなら、街の中心地から少し離れているところ。言い換えれば「落ち着いた環境」という長所でもあるのですが。 とはいえ地下鉄の駅（イエローライン）が１Kmほどのところにあるので、ニューデリーやグルガオンへもアクセスしやすいです。

朝食がとても美味しかったです。スタッフの方々もとてもにこやかで良い雰囲気でした。

壁が薄くて隣の部屋の音が気になりました。
