We have had so many issues with the stay Photos attached - really dirty bathrooms - ⁠please have a look at the towels - ⁠AC was not working - ⁠TV was not working - ⁠bathroom water was coming through the door -Door not locks properly - Worst breakfast which is included in your price - I will be complaining this to the booking . Com - Lastly - last night your laundry person was standing right inside the room while my mom was seeping and we are trying to count the number of clothes we have given to calculate the amount - please teach some manners to the people do they don’t come inside the rooms while customers stay inside Despite this we have stayed with you just because of the effort of your manager trying to make things right, and also as your hotel wouldn’t give us the money atleast for one night so we can cancel one day to stay where it is much more comfortable for the money we paid. Hope you will do better for the customers who trust by looking at the photos in the booking.com and blindly believing that’s what they are getting and booking

Decent breakfast. AC temperature was controlled by hotel mgmt which was pretty annoying. Only good thing is that the staff was friendly and helpful.

This property is reserved for my mother.Rohit Aggarwal is very generous , who has supported her from the moment she arrived in India. The location is superb and the best spot to stay in the Pagarganj neighbourhood

NOTHING AT ALL. There are better hotels nearby with much better amenities and staff. Don't waste your money.

I recently stayed at Nitya Maharani in Paharganj and had a very disappointing experience. The amenities mentioned in the app were not functional, and despite multiple complaints, no action was taken. The TV was not working throughout our stay. The kitchen staff were busy feeding themselves instead of helping us with our orders. We ordered bottles of water but it was ignored. We asked multiple times but no action was taken. In the end we had to purchase water from a shop nearby . The owner of the hotel is extremely rude to customers, refuses to cooperate, and does not accept any faults. When we approached him for help, he responded aggressively. We wanted to cut short our stay and check out early, but they forced us to pay the entire amount. We even approached Booking.com's customer service, but the hotel misled them as well. Overall, the entire staff and owner are rude and brazen. The hotel is located in one of the filthiest corners of Paharganj, and cleanliness was severely compromised. The restaurant's seating area was dirty, and the service was far from satisfactory. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean stay.

Extra charges, Rude Bhaviour from staff, poor quality of food, Poor and delay in services, could not provide basic necessities.
