nothing. room is way different from the picture in booking.com. very deceiving. we didn’t enjoy our stay there. I wanted to refund and move to another hotel but they they wouldn’t refund. they just moved us to a bigger room but still dirty very dusty. BUT CHINESE LADY RECEPTIONIST VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY

Good location- close to airport and lot of square metre.

Extremely noisy- walls are paper thin. Could hear next door sneeze!

no bar fridge and THE ROAD NOISE was horrendous I didnot sleep all night... it is ridiculous how noisy it is. That room should be charged half price or not used or some sound proofing done as it was impossible to sleep we may as well have been sleeping on the street.

Unfortunately a little bit of a walk from the nearest train station up hill. Not many shops or food around

Location is ok close to airport but badly situated on streets eeith very heavy traffic. No safe place available for drop off and pickup.

Black mold in shower/bathroom, very cramped space and beds were very uncomfortable, I slept on the floor as it was mor comfortable than the double bed. Aircon did not work and we had to search google to fivure out how to make the universal aircon remote work, that was not the original remote, spent about an hour to get it workin. Did ask reception but she could not fix it either. Very basic room. Only limited shops nearby reachable by foot crossing a very busy street/highway. Did not always feel safe in the neighboorhood. Guests next door were drinking untill 2am in the morning and some young people partying very loud untill way after 12 into the early mornings.

Nothing good to say

Dishonest staff, police operation which targeted wrong people (complete mistaken identity) rude staff, too compliant with detectives who took our room and left us with nowhere to stay for the night. False claim that my credit card was invalid to justify cancelled booking despite confirmation already being sent saying payment and booking all processed. All this headache because of a police operation that wrongfully targeted me due to a case of mistaken information. The hotel was dirty looking anyway so I guess the hours spent walking the streets until dawn was a better option. No apologies nor assistance to get another room and no notice of the issue until we arrived during late night (9pm)

Arrival was fine. There was a receptionist on duty so no fiddling with key boxes. The location is convenient for trains to the city giving a better price than the rip-off central hotels.

The rooms are always different here. Ours was very high with plumbing and steelwork exposed. There were many strange noises disturbing our sleep.

Cheap affordable, comfortable bed, friendly staff

Needs some upkeep, some water damage in bathroom, floors creak when moving round the room. shower glass needs a good clean

Staff tried hard to provide a quality stay but air conditioning did not work and other rooms offered seemed very similar. A group of people had a very noisy get together right outside our room for several hours and although the staff were aware did nothing to quieten the gathering.

The only good thing was the proximity to the station

For a brief overnight stay it was OK.

The room was nothing like the plush decorated room displayed in their photos on Booking.com. The pillows were flat, worn out ragtags. There was only one towel provided. A women's underware was left in bedside table. Noisy.

Bed was very comfy.. accessories very nice... complimentary items appreciated.. ground floor room. Tea & Coffee making facilities and fridge.

There was no glasses in the room despite me asking if there was and being told yes there was. There was no bath mat.

Nothing, do not stay there. We went through the room door and walked out. The bed was not made properly, and it looked like it had been slept in mould in the bathroom .they supply industrial ear plugs for your comfort disgusted. Do not be fooled by the photos on the booking site as it is all false advertising. I'm still waiting to see if I get a refund.

Everything was disgusting. Please run and do not stay there. It is worse than backpackers' accommodation .

Good location close to bus and one stop away from airport.
