Estaba muy céntrico, a unos 3 min andando de Rialto. El personal fue en todo momento súper amable y atento y nos facilitaron hacer un tour por una fábrica de Murano.

El mobiliario de la habitación algo anticuado. El secador del baño era pequeño y la temperatura a la que salía el calor era demasiada. Aún así, repetiría :)

The rooms were very nice. Comfortable. Very clean. We got two rooms , one of which is the Luxury Suite that can accommodate probably 3-4 people. Quite huge. And beautiful. The staff at front desk were also very helpful and accommodating. Location also quite convenient as it is near a Transport Stop.

Good location, room was lovely, bathroom was large and clean, even a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge! The staff on reception were so helpful, they would WhatsApp me any recommendations I asked for and we took the free excursion that the hotel facilitated to Murano which involved a private boat taking us to the island!

The location was fantastic! walking distance from the Rialto bridge and St Mark’s square. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The rooms had beautiful antique furniture and quite spacious. They gave us a free bottle of Prosecco on arrival 👌

We only had one bathroom in our 2 bedroom apartment so next time would probably choose an apartment with 2 bathrooms or get 2 rooms. Hard with 2 Adults and 2 teenagers.

A hand written welcome note with a complimentary bottle of wine. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming.

Beautiful palazzo in the centre of Venice near Rialto bridge. Took the room at the top third floor with a beautiful rooftop terrace. Clean, cozy and tasteful room. The private terrace was a perfect place for morning espresso (complimentary Nesspresso in the room) and soaking up the sun. Highly recommended!

The owner and the property staff were lovely, and we got a warm welcome. The owner was kind enough to provide us with coffee because we were feeling cold after taking a water taxi. overall such a lovely stay and wish we could stay longer.

Amazing location, good size rooms, very friendly and helpful staff.

I am big on cleanliness and this place was perfect. The sheets were nicely made and the bathroom has clearly been renovated recently. I was on the top floor, for me this wasn’t an issue. Every staff member I met was helpful and polite. I will most certainly be back.

Position is good, house is big, perfect for 4 or more people.

You have no view at all, there are windows that are in front of another wall, not day light at all. Not the best for being in Venice. If you just need to go to bed, the house is ok.

I choose this place for its location and I was not disappointed.

Palazzo San Luca was in a great location right near Rialto Bridge, easily accessible by Alilaguna ferry service from the Marco Polo Airport. The Hotel was very comfortable, quiet, clean, and my room was recently renovated. It was also nice to have a kettle, a Nespresso machine & fridge in the room. All the staff, especially Georgia & Cosmin were extremely friendly and helpful and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend staying there if you are planning on visiting Venice.
