Location is good, the facilities and the hospitality offered by staff was great! Made my stay very enjoyable

The room had ants, and insecticide was sprayed while I was inside the room with the children. Unfortunately, it was bad in dealing with it, and no apology was made.

the people and place were great! the manager and front desk Ahmed did a great job checking us in. my favorite were the bartenders of-course as they were so much fun and a great time see photo, they were the best!

Beautiful view. Wonderful beach with coral reef next to it so you could just swim and snorkle around. Beautiful! Staff was friendly and always accommodating. Neema beach down town is just a 15min walk away.

Buffet dinner is not very good. Better to book dinner at one of the special restaurants or head to Naama bay.

Little far from city centre

The breakfast staff was superb. They were extremely helpful and friendly and kind to our children. They were great at bringing us nice drinks and had such friendly gracious dispositions.

The front desk could have been more helpful when I needed to buy something quickly and asked for help about where to go. It was in a shop by the pool, but I had to walk all over and search many shops before I found what i needed. They easily could have told me where to go. Also I was out of toilet paper the and had to ask 3 or 4 times to get it😑 The rest was excellent.

I loved the beach, I loved breakfast, the enormous heated pool was wonderful, the restaurant wait staff was extraordinary. The activities and excursions (horses, boats, trip to Mt Sinai) were fabulous!

Toilet didn't flush well. Cleaning staff forgot to put toilet paper in the room, and I had to ask 4 times for more.

They charged us over GBP10,000 when we had originally book it for GBP2500.00 and no consideration or apology and bad service

it was a very amazing place to be, so much to do, so many activities, everything about it was amazing the food was delicious, the pool was nice, are room get cleaned very nicely.

some employees constantly coming up to me asking me if I wanna do certain activities when I politely say no thank you and they keep going when I was just trying to enjoy my time and wasn’t ready for that activity yet.
