DO NOT RENT IT! horrible service alert! Though it looks good and relatively new the service was outstandingly bad up to the criminal point. They threw away (or stole) my 600€ Armani coat and refuse to refund! 🤦‍♀️ I had noticed the staff was very neglectful during my stay. But I thought whatever it’s just for a couple of days. Even though I was on WhatsApp with them - still just ZERO interest in hospitality. My requests were ignored etc But After I left they haven’t informed me that they found ARMANI coat in the room with big letters and label - hard to ignore (though they took a photo and informed a management but not the client of course!) They showed me the photo only after I requested it! And I specifically asked to keep it!! So I return for it! I came back within a week and they told me “oops we just threw that away!” I was speechless… I got all the messaging with them and they promising to keep the coat! And just like that they “threw away” my favorite expensive coat and I haven’t got ANY consolation! I’ve been waiting for any consolation for a month already! Contacted booking and management - ZERO refund. They keep giving me “please hold” replies. So unless you wanna be robbed like that - dont book this one.

Needs to carry luggage up a few stairs to get to the elevator Poor lighting over the basin-how to expect female guests(and even male ones lol) to do their makeup in the morning??

The location is genuinely exceptional.

The room was beat up and poorly maintained. Marked up walls, fake leather on the bed frame peeling away, no adapaters or usb outlets, grandma's old hairdryer, mold on the shower curtain. They're priced for the pandemic and coasting on their location with little thought for upkeep or modernization. Besides solid price and a good location, keep your expectations low

This was a staycation for us, no breakfast included, but we did receive a sweet roll each, which was very nice. The location is excellent, very convenient

The online description claimed that the room would have a hair dryer, but I couldn't find one. However, this is a small thing.
