The management and staff were so accommodating absolutely nothing was a problem. The room were lovely and comfortable. Loved the heated bathroom floor.

My only thing is as a disabled room there needs to be an extra shelf in the bathroom for creams and powders etc, especially if your wheelchair confined, extra shelving in bathroom would make showering and applying creams etc do much easier, that was my only issue.

The Total Package is brilliant, highly recommend.

Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Very clean and very well maintained Facilities. Large room and bathroom. Well stocked and equipped kitchenette. Comfortable beds. Heatpump for more chilly days. Within walking distance with the local Woolworth. Bonus: Good view of Mount Taraniki from the back lawn. Highly recommended.

The apartment was quite modern, new, and of a very good size. It had all essentials, including a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Especially, we liked the bathroom, which was quite luxury, with a spa bath and underfloor heating. The bedroom was good size and cosy with comfy beds. The staff were kind and welcoming. The motel is well-located in close proximity to the city centre. It's worth noting that it was one of few places in NZ that did not take the payment in advance (although we stayed there only 1 night). Also, we arrived quite late and overstayed by half an hour, but no one made a problem because of it. Definitely, a place to recommend.
