Views from river view rooms were nice. Staff helpful & great pools.

A little tired and good do with an upgrade.

My husband and I enjoyed getting away from PP for a few days. The scenery was beautiful, the river, mountains and grounds were a welcoming sight. The staff were friendly and spoke well enough English to understand everything we communicated. The owners also took time to welcome us, smile and do quick/informal check ins. The rooms were clean and well lit, the veranda was spacious and nicely fitted with appropriate furniture (sofa and table with 2 chairs), bathroom-clean, ample closet space, large refrigerator and hot kettle. While there was nothing exceptionally fantastic, there was equally nothing horrible. We would go again for a short stay (2-3 days). The restaurant had enough options to choose from (Mexican, Thai, European, Khmer) and they did their best to accommodate our special requests.

We were a bit disappointed that the property advertised fishing but when we got there , they said we needed our own poles, they also say the river is swimmable but don't encourage it, they also advertised kayaking but discouraged it as it was a but windy. We would suggest that the property aligns with local tour guides to take guests hiking, biking or Moto tour and even kayaking/boating for those who are not experts. Lastly, Not a big deal, but there were some menu items listed that they did not have.

Location, staff, food, margaritas, clean comfy bed,nice shower, 2 beautiful pools, games and even a little library, 10/10! Great value for the price. I will stay again ❤️

Nice pool, simple rooms, not much clothing space, good hot shower. Quiet for a good sleep.

I had a terrible attack by wasps/hornets that were nesting inside the property entrance. The staff response at first was supportive, but I did not see them deal with the nest to prevent this happening to any other guests. We had to stay for an extra night because I could not fit my helmet or gloves on to ride home, due to swelling from the stings. I wish they had offered us some discount for this. It's disappointing.

superb location with stunning views of mountains across the river. 2 pools were a bonus . Different types of accommodation set in beautiful tropical landscape. Just come back from a tranquil 3 night stay. could have stayed for another 3 nights so peaceful & relaxing 😎

Lovely hotel. Stunning location with views over the river and mountains. Good food and excellent facilities for Kite surfing. Highly recommended.

i would the owner of the property please check each room before you checking guest in. somehow as my room have some wall damage that’s I couldn’t accept it. The price of the room it doesn’t fit with room facilities. i only like the locations and located of the place. Staff are not so good and not so friendly like their pets. their pets even friendly than the staff in there. please accept my truth and improve it. another thing please use good amenities to providing to the customer. it’s look cheap amenities.

outdoor space, 2 pools, and it’s PET FRIENDLY 🥰 and good food.

The VIP room has a bath, but the water is heated and fed by a normal wall mounted heater so not enough to have a bath 😔. Which is very sad as one looks forward to a nice bath. It is a very big room, and although an outdoor cooler/fan has been added it really still needs 1 more AC. The grass near where 1 pool & trampoline is marshy (rainy season), so just need some thought to clear that up. (on a side note - it would be great if they had some more outdoor if play equipment)

The signs weren't clear at all so we didn't know where to go to check in. Also when our room was cleaned they took our towels and didn't bring us any clean ones, which was rather annoying.
