good social area, comfortable bed, quiet (except for the occasional overhead plane), not too far from the high street or train station (both within 10 minute walk), nice big bathroom, very easy and straightforward to check in though reception was closed. the host was very helpful in providing us with details of how to access the property. private room came with a fridge, sink and towels!

no air conditioning. sleeping on the second floor was exceptionally hot and room ceased to cool down! occasional cockroach found in the kitchens and bedroom.

the room had a window for ventilation. the in room fridge froze our food

in front part of building the toilet doors latch and the lights are on timers.. i got locked into the room and the lights went out. i was in pitch dark... very dangerous as i couldn't see to open door.

These people discriminate. They refused me staying another week, because I was over 17-35 years old. Despite, taking my initial booking, I learnt of many others were over 40.

I locked myself out of the bedroom, and I called more than 20 times the emergency number and I have no answer until today. My luck was the guy that came to close the kitchen at 10:20pm helped me.

The staffs are very friendly. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is well organised and outdoor dining is a plus. Instruction at the reception is clear. Building is secure. The neighborhood is lovely.

The common area on the accommodation side isn't to welcome. It's a bit dark and old. It would be lovely to put more care and set up the common area to be bright and joyful.
