The staff, food and in general hospitality
The cleanliness of the room was abysmal. There was loads of dust under the bed, cobwebs on the pillars and roof, used socks in the wardrobe from previous guests, the door wall of the bathroom had plasters coming off...for the amount of money I spent in the peak time of Dec, the room quality was very disappointing.

Taj Properties are always famous for their excellent hospitality and world class ambience . The view from the lobby is breath taking .Hats off to the designers who put so much pain and effort in creating this experience.

Great Views & the Zip line. Those Jalebis are the best I ever had. Short Trek was nice too. Pradhan needs a special mention.

The location and area of Taj is really amazing and relaxing. The staff's hospitality is quick and good. I like food items most, the test and variety are unbeatable.

The location and wide room space and prompt service. Food ordered in room was very good and tasteful.
The breakfast menu definately needs improvement. More varieties could have been added. Staff though we're polite missed a purpose of attending to customers. I have seen better breakfast menu even in a budget hotel.
