Location is great, check-in was very smooth. The staff was very helpful and co-operative. We were in hurry, and we felt everyone was very responsive to our needs.
The room seemed less maintained, as the hotel seems quite old. Some basic maintenance and deeper cleaning will go a long way to improve customer experience.

There was a delay in preparing the final bill and the reception told me that they would send a copy over email. Till date I have not received the invoice from the hotel

This hotel is almost perfect. The only drawback was that the signal strength of the WiFi was bad in certain corners of the room and the speed was not that good (12 Mbps average). Else, it is a lovely hotel to stay. Food was great, service was lovely. The location is good as well... Transport is easily available to go anywhere. Jyoti Dwelling gets a 8/10 from me.... 2 points deducted for the WiFi signal....
