Lack of communication from the staff, most of time they do not communicate by speaking but they communicate by nodding the head only. I do think if they spoke a little would make our stay that more enjoyable

The hotel is located in a convenient place. The facilities are good. Food is excellent as in all Sayaji hotels. I want to commend Mr. Ashu who went out of his way to set things right. He even arranged breakfast on dot at 06:30 am as requested by me as I had to leave early for work.

The maintenance in the bathrooms didn't seem so good. Also my room key did not work for the whole first day and we need the key for the lift too. The restaurant seems crowded for a buffet with little room to pass through in a crowd. There is lot of noise due to marriages. Lifts seem too less for the amount of marriage crowd.

There was nothing to be liked here ! Otherthan besides of highway

I stayed at room 410 , dated 11-12 Jan 2023 1. The overhead shower’s were not functioning It was pathetic shower for tht day I missed out to take the video how it was throwing water from shower , i can bet still if someone goes will find the same they would hv not replaced it 2. health faucet / Jet spray were not working for cleaning , the pressure reducing angle had very less impact for controlling pressure , boys / men shld be extra carefull 3. There was light cut off in the morning for 20 mins Exactly at time of getting ready for the day. I could not charge my laptop and phone properly 4. While breakfast there were so rude towards closing time , totally neglecting the part of electricity cut off delay reason.

lot of noise in our lobby of 9 th floor & tip on 10 th Floor have restaurant so when they tables and chairs it makes noise . specially at night is not good .
