Convenient for Eurotunnel crossing, comfortable en suite room. Good value for money. Close to city Europe for restaurants and shopping.

Close to the Shuttle, and an easy walk to the shopping centre. Room very comfortable. Excellent parking. Thank you.

Breakfast trays would help on a buffet. Coffee machine not easy to use my husband found. Expected hard boiled eggs, but they were raw and a bath for you to cook them! At the end of the buffet, that could have been clearer. Scrambled egg, bacon, as in other hotels would be nice.

Close to Eurotunnel

No air-conditioning Room too hot Windows unable to open since noisy blower on the roof. No dinner available Water under the shower changes from boiling hot to freezing cold every 5 seconds Drain of sink was blocked. Room door was unable to block the light and noise from the aisle. Breakfast out of plastic only. Low standard

Evening meal was great, the staff spoke fluent English and the rooms was comfortable and very clean.

I would have like secured parking for the bike, when i arrived all the parking in front of the hotel was full. So i had to park to the side of the hotel, out of site of the rooms.

pretty much everything. we’ve stayed here a few times. it’s bear the tunnel and A16, quiet, much comfier bed than the night before at Ace Bourges..

For the first time we had a problem checking in. we were given a ground floor room but we prefer 1st floor (they only have 2 floors) as we sleep with the window open. the receptionist wasn’t very helpful. she said they didn’t have any rooms free upstairs. after I said we did not want downstairs amazingly she found one for us but it was an unpleasant and unnecessary few minutes after a long drive. we only heard 1 other door shut all evening upstairs and judging by the number of cars parked outside the hotel wasn’t even half full.

This is our go to hotel now when we are arriving or leaving France. The staff are exceptionally helpful and the hotel is very quiet with comfortable beds. Excellent value for money too!

Breakfast was great. Very convenient location to get the train in Calais or the Eurotunnel. Pet friendly!

The pillows were absolute trash, the bed was badly made when we arrived late at night, they didn't provide hand soap, and the shower soap smelled like rotten fruit.

Breakfast rather expensive & not included. Option for fresh squeezed orange juice whilst a novel idea was without a strainer or alternative bottle/carton of orange juice. No sliced cheese to go with sliced ham. Location felt like an artificial creation.

A great experience. We had a good relaxing night in a quite and very clean hotel. A place where we surely will come back.

Simply nothing!!!!

There needs to be hot breakfast option I think, more than just a boiled egg. There were no decaf options for tea or coffee, this would be have been good, as we could nto have a drink in our room after arriving after a 12 hour drive.

Excellent stopover for an early crossing on the Eurotunnel. Friendly staff. Good to have a Restaurant on site and one which allowed our dog to join us. Definitely stay there again.

Excellent place to access the Eurotunnel. Comfortable, very good staff. They admit mascots, and our dog was very comfortable in the room, and was able to sit by us at breakfast and dinner.

Again, no gluten free options at breakfast, and no vegan options for dinner. We did give plenty of notice to the hotel regarding the gluten free requirements, which was not acted upon.

We have stayed here many times but this is the first time for 3 years and they have added a restaurant now. It’s ideal for a night either before boarding the tunnel train or after the tunnel train. It’s not luxurious but comfortable and good value for money. Clean room and bathroom, comfy bed, friendly staff and we both enjoyed our simple evening meal. Didn’t have breakfast due to early start. Quiet - if a little windswept!! - location.

Very handy for the tunnel. Great walks for the dogs including a beach close by. Comfy room.

No food! No other option but to drive again after 400 miles!
