internet is horrible loud music played at past 11 room next door no blackout curtain the linens looks like someone use it ,wrinkles in one side not spacious the room is different from online I did not have good sleep at all

Its a walking distance to restaurants and shops. Also, to the night market which is a must to go if you enjoy street foods. Room was fine, toilet was a bit small had a problem with the shower but overall was pretty decent for the location and price

There was no internet connection even though router was on.

The propety is on the city center. Wifi Connection is good (thank you) The room is clean and with daily cleaners. The cleaners are very kind and friendly.

The lift/elevator - Maintenance Issue Garbage chute is filthy. Lots of trash left and roaches. The pillows are very old and yellow, needs to be replaced. Small roaches due to the building’s lack of pest control.

Internet and Netflix on a large TV,

I advised the owner through booking.com the estimated time of arrival. When we tried to contact the number given as a contact number for the owner didn't work. The reception had no idea we were coming. I booked 5 weeks prior and my money had been taken by them a week ago. They had to ring around trying to find out who the condo belonged to. Eventually finding the owner the owner turned up 30 mins later. I had now been at the venue for 45 mins in the reception after nearly 24 hours of traveling which I really could have done without. The owner asked if I had booked it a couple of days ago. I said no 5 weeks ago and you've had my money. Eventually we were given a room. The room didn't really reflect the same quality as those photo's of Booking.com. After showing us the room the owner then asked for an additional cash deposit to be paid to her to cover damages. I said there was no mention of this on Booking.com and I wasn't going to give it to her. She gave in asking eventually and I didn't pay it over. I only booked this location as it was close to the night market, but unfortunately that was not opening up until the end of March so the location really ended up being not so ideal.

The crack from the previous Earthquake.. Because it really scares me terribly..

Very nicely furnished unit. You have all kind of appliances. We were there only one night and did not use any of them though.

According to our host there was an earthquake in 2016 because of which the whole building has cracks. You can not take a picture of the room without one of them. Did not look safe, did not look nice. There was no clear guidance in the booking which building we need to check in into. The internet did not work until we asked the security guy to contact our host about it. The bathroom smelled funny. It is in quite a central area of the city so noise can be heard though the window as well as thought the A/C.

I was refused entry to the vicinity and was asked to turn away. I had to call the property owner on the street and the number was unreachable. After 30 minutes I tried to call and the owner asked me to wait at the lobby. Riza showed up after another 30 minutes to check the room for me. There were NO towels in the room and I can't get any housekeeper because there is no room intercom/phone. There was NO place to eat at the vicinity so I had to go out take a cab to find a decent place to eat.

Everything! The bed is so comfy, cleanliness as they have daily room service, lovely interior, accessibility, very safe to stat, wifi is the best, easy check-in, stunning views overlooking the bay and Samal Island and the host is so approachable!

Nothing much to say. Just a little request to kindly add creamer to the coffee supply.
