quiet location but still only 10 mins walk to beach and shops. clean. great family touches such as a lovely clean throw over the sofa, extra large super king bed and they set up a small camp bed in our room for our daughter. it felt quiet even though fully booked and there wasn’t any loud music, mainly small families or older people - a relaxed crowd

there wasn’t really a “view” as such from our apartment

Christos was a fabulous host. great communication before the stay and also during it.

The apartments are clean and well set up. Our apartment had a balcony which was in the sun early morning and again in the evening, but not during the day which suited us perfectly, meaning we could eat lunch in the shade. The area around the pool was immaculate, well stocked with loungers and umbrellas, quiet and an added bonus was that it has its own toilets so we did not need to go back to the apartment. Christos is very helpful and around regularly if you did need help with anything. The short walk down to the excellent local restaurants in the evening is also a bonus.

Nothing

The apartment was a good size and in a beautiful location. As others have commented, the furnishings are a bit tired but completely adequate, with the views more than making up for the inside. It had been freshly painted. Found the bed both very comfortable and a decent size. Air conditioning kept us cool in the nights. The view from the balcony (room B2) was fabulous. It overlooked an olive Grove and out to the sea. In the mornings you had sun and in the evenings were beautiful sunsets. Shower was on the small side but always hot water. Our host was available every morning and we found him very friendly. A short 5 min walk to lovely beaches, 10 mins to a Lidl and other food shops, 40 min walk into Chania.

Sound of roosters and dogs through the night. Once we started using the air conditioner we found it tended to block out the animal noises fairly well.

Location was perfect, close to different beaches and necessary amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, etc). The owner, Christos, was amazing, he provided us al we needed, transfer from and to the airport. Anything we might need just sending a message and within minutes we got an answer. Couldn’t have asked for more! Big thanks to him! The pool seemed nice but honestly with so many great beaches we didn’t use it at all. The place was quiet and with great views. If I ever come back won’t doubt the place to stay!

The kitchenette was a bit small, but we could make all the necessary meals and we were a family of 4!

The pool always empty, the location is perfect and the path to chania is very enjoyable.

The bathroom was not clean when we arrived

Facilities were good, air conditioning was working fine, apartment was clean and spacious, balcony view was nice we could admire the sunset down the sea and mountains, we had free parking available. There was also a pool but we didn't use it because the sea was close. The host was polite and handled the communication very well.

Bathroom was a bit small, the furniture in the whole apartment was ok, but could be renewed.

Fantastic host 🙂. Christos was really service minded and willing & able to help with all requests very quickly. Very nice and well-maintained and clean property with nice pool area in a quiet residential area - but still within walking distance to great beaches and shopping.

For self-catering stays the kitchens are somewhat sparsely equipped (as most holiday homes are), but we managed. We had two studios and one apartment sleeping four and on the downside, the bedrooms in the apartment have no windows (but a nice terrace) because of the basement location. A very nice holiday home.

Very friendly and helpfull host. No problem with early check-in. Apartment was nice and clean. The big advantage was a spacious terrace. The apartment is well situated - the beaches are within 5 min and of course nice swimming pool. Highlu recommended.

Very clean, light, airy apartment with great views of olives groves & sea (we stayed on the 1st bedroom top floor after moving from ground apartment). Comfortable with clean pool. Lovely walk to the beach through olive groves. Sea calm but don’t stand still as the fish give a nasty bite! The walk into Chania takes about 45 mins but there’s nice little harbour restaurants to eat in before you reach the main harbour. October was very quiet and we had a few days of solid rain towards the end but still a nice break away. Christos was exceptionally helpful and available & made our stay enjoyable, so much that we stayed on another week!
