Loved the location (close to wonderful restaurants and the harbor)

We were there during the weekend. Didn't really see the staff. But access to the building was provided.

A perfect spot for a cosy winter staycation. Great facilities and close to Salamanca markets and restaurants.

Nothing really, it was lovely.

It's perhaps a bit better suited to longer stays where you'd use the apartment facilities, for a one-night stopover the decor lacks a little charme and coziness, but staff is friendly and helpful, place is spacious and location is great to visit the restaurants etc. in the area

Room was nice but on-street parking, no reception when we got there after 6pm, no view, took away from normal hotel experience

Close to all shops and salamanca place, clean comfortable room.

Not knowing that they could not accommodate motorcycles in their car park. Not mentioned in advertisement. Overcame it though

Everything. Wonderfully helpful front of house staff, comfortable, clean and quiet accommodation and excellent location.

What's not to like? Couldn't fault it.

Good location.

After spending $380 for one night, we were disappointed with our “penthouse” which was more like a hot attic, we couldn’t cool. The bed sheets were dirty, it was unclear if we were being charged for pod coffees, the milk was long life, reception shut at 5.30pm (too early for the fee charged), there was one bar of hand soap and no liquid soap at all, the ceiling sloped and my wife hit her head on it repeatedly when getting into bed, and there were a few other negatives I don’t wish to go into to. I wouldn’t spend another visit here again …

great location and overall size of the rooms.

limited off-street car parking can make it difficult when planning day trips that involve no driving. Staff seem to prioritise who received the two permit parks.

Lovely property, close to everything

Close to town, spacious, had a washer, tv in the room, parking and welcoming staff.

Nil washing powder was supplied.
