No available room beside each other for the family and Waite very long time to inter the room in addition to pay extra fee to get comfortable room

Our room was not cleaned the whole 2 days we were there

Gym machines were not functioning properly no towels were exchanged in the room and room cleaning was done very late

They change the rate they increase by 55 dollars. They add dinner snack we i didnt ask in the mean time they finish at 9:30 pm which i was out of hotel

Clean, all the employees are friendly and polite, breakfast was good.

Rooms need renovation (at least mine). Lights in the bathroom can’t be white. Gym is not really up to Hilton standards.

It is a value-for-money hotel.

I stayed in this hotel several times. However this time the security did not allow me to bring in my electric stove. I use the stove to heat my organic oat with milk for breakfast as I don't like the breakfast offered by the hotel. The most recent stay was the second time the receptionist insisted that I did not indicate a non-smoking room. I travelled frequently and none of the hotels that I booked in booking.com ever had this problem.

Расположение просто ужасное. Под окнами стройка на набережной, где машины дробят камни. Дома по соседству-разруха и нищета. Рядом ни одного приличного кафе. Везде на улицах грязь. Но в этом есть сама Александрия ( Сам отель приличный. Номер усталый, но комфортный. Кондиционер работает, милый балкончик с креслами. Очень достойные кровати. Чистое хорошее постельное белье. Номер был чистый. Завтраки оценить не смогли, так как выезжали раньше. Персонал очень общительный, дружелюбный. Заказывали трансфер до аэропорта, машину была чистая, комфортная.

Сам город. Везде грязь и разруха. Освежить легким ремонтом номера.

The cleanness is very bad , and we found some dirty cloth for the previous client in the room The hotel entry is very bad and from the back side No access to the see

The room was dirty and hair was all over The mosquetoes were in the room The wordrobe was dusted and dirty The bathroom not well cleaned The towel were so dirty and dark remarks on them The receiptionists were rude The room service food was really bad The airport transportation charge was taken yet i didnt use it. When I made my reservation, I chose this hotel primarily for its advertised beach access and Infiniti pool. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to discover that both amenities were closed due to construction and refurbishing works. What was even more disheartening was the fact that I was never informed about this closure through the app or any other means prior to my arrival. Bare in mind that I booked with long time in advance. The response I received from the reception was equally disappointing. Instead of offering a satisfactory solution or compensation, the staff merely suggested that I "maybe check if you can get a refund." This lack of concern for my experience as a guest is unacceptable, especially considering the inconvenience caused by the closure of key facilities. Furthermore, I found the area and its surroundings to be less than desirable. I did not feel safe walking around, which significantly detracted from my overall experience at this hotel.

The staff were the best thing in our stay. Jihan from reception went out of her way to make our stay more comfortable. The concierge team were brilliant, polite and will make you feel important even if you are not. Thanks for all the staff :)

The pool has been downgraded from infinity pool to a less nice one (Not like the pictures) and it is not heated

Hotel is comfortable and decent location by the corniche. Restaurants were nice with good food and location. Specially Santorini Greek Restaurant great service and food, Thank you to housekeeping staff as well who were very courteous and helpful along with the concierge

Check-in could be smoother. Our requests were not at all met - twin beds and no walk in showers either.

The hotel is very very old and they don’t have a real gym. The swimming pool was closed. They should remove the pictures if it’s not working.

المكيف بارد والاطلاله جميله الطاقم مدرب على اعلى مستوى متعاون جدا ويلبي كل احتياجات الزائر حتى يقضي اجازه مريحه و سعيده. رقي في التعامل وخاصتا الاستاذ معتز في الرسبشن و الشباب الموجودين عند بوابه الاستقبال ومنهم الأخ محمد صلاح والاخت مي في خدمه تنظيف الغرف وكذلك فريق المطبخ . فريق متكامل ينقصه تجديد الفندق واثاث الغرف حتى يليق بهذا الفريق المجتهد.

الفندق يحتاج تجديد للديكورات والاثاث والسجاد.

Everything was great, the location and the food. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There wasn't much available in the room...no hairdryer or toiletries

Breakfast served in room was excellent. However it costed only 195 EGP where as the receptionist given us the price of USD 20 per person per night. She haven’t given the option of in room breakfast which is starting at EGP 140. View from the room was corner sea view and the majority view is to the old residence buildings. Room floor was dusty even the kettle in the room was not cleaned for months. When I wiped with tissues there was so much of dirt and rust. Unfortunately I haven’t taken the picture. Based on the booking.com info we have booked the hotel based on private beach access. However the beach was under some construction. To be precise the hotel have no access to the beach at all. Restaurants and pool was very good and value for money

Staff have to be professional. One of the front desk staff( lady) have taken all the documents and later we have realized ther is no beach, we have requested her atleast upgrade to sea view room. She said she will check with her supervisor and come back. She didn’t showed up. Later after 20mins we went to another counter and the gentleman helped us to check in and upgraded to corner sea view room
