Det var bekväm och fint och rent i rumet . utsikt från rum var underbar och personalan från bookning var jätte hjlpsamt och gör sina bäst att trivs i min boendes tid .

jag gillade allt och hoppade om jag har mer tid på min resa att kunna dörlänga mer dagar i hotelet .

عدم وجود شاطي مباشر + الفطور في المطعم متواضع ولا توجد خيارات متعددة .

معاملة ممتازة واكل جميل جدا ونظافه عالية وهدؤ

موقع حيوي جداً قريب من كل شئ ، طاقم عمل سريع الاستجابة، إفطار ملكي جيد جداً. إطلالة رائعة على البحر وقصر المنتزه.

النت سئ في أكثر الأوقات ، قيمة المبلغ المدفوع كبيرة جداً مقابل خدمات الراحة والاستجمام، مستوى عزل الصوت ( الضجيج وسيارات الشارع ) ضعيف. يعني للأشخاص القادمين من أوربا قد لا يعجبهم نتيجة لأصوات الضجيج.

النضافة وحسن التعامل ، الفطور رائع والخدمات سريعة ، الاستاذ ايمن ابو زيد رائع وودود ومن افضل الاشخاص الي تعاملت معاهم . كل شي ممتاز

Very bad and old, this is impossible to be 5 stars hotel. It is not even 1 stars.

The property needs huge makeover and rebuild or downgrade it to 1 star.

The hospitality of the Manager, Mr.Ayman and the staff members. The room was cozy and clean. We were upgraded into a Seaview room since there were no options to do so on booking. We were able to get a late check out which made our stay much more enjoyable.

There was no hair dryer in the bathroom.

Friendly staff and authentic hotel

Main Streets in Alexandria are very noisy , better if they have sound proof balcony doors or else it is not convenient to sleep at night

My stay was one of the best between all hotels in Egypt also other countries! Starting from security,concierge and Reception also Room service! They made every one like he's the only guest! Thanks Mr/Ayman for the best complement ,also Mrs/Amna, Mrs/Room services manager and every one! I found little trouble in the reservation,because of my mistake,but they solved the best! If you would like to see the hospitality,that hotel is your stay in Alexab

1. The location of the hotel. Overlooking the Mediterranean and it is accessible to anywhere in Alexandria. The station of the two-floor redbus is nearby where you can tour all places in Alexandria. 2. The facilities are fine. The beach was so good and well served. The pool is also nice. 3. The food was diverse. Restaurants and room service have different varieties. 4. The staff were very hospitale. The reception manager Mr. Ayman and his team were so responsive and accommodating to all our needs.

The noise of the Corniche.. however it was lively area and full of services

Housekeeping staff was supportive and very polite especially naglaa and hesham

Sheraton Alexandria has a unique international location, you will never find equivalent. Staff very professional especially Mr. Aynan Zein, Ms. Laura if I not forget. All are very cooperative.

I still asking hotel management to give more offers for the Egyptians group.

Staff were very helpful, breakfast v.good. facilites v.good. Rooms are small sutable for one. Very nice view . Feeling like member of the family. Thanks for Mr yaser and special thanks for .r Ayman and a very nice lady in the front desk do not know her name but she was very helpful.
