The room was amazing with direct entrance to the pool from balcony, breakfast buffet was good and have varieties and affordable prices

-Bad location: you have to have a car or use taxis or Uber and the area around hotel needs major development -Not enough light and sun in the hotel. -Not good value for money : too expensive in comparison to what it offers. -Service during breakfast is slow. They need a lot of training. Hygiene issues : Not enough serving forks and spoons at buffet which forces guests to touch many items with bare hand. No attention to details: if an item is finished at the buffet , it doesn’t get refilled automatically: you have to ask several times for this. -If you ask for a towel at the swimming pool, it will come after one hour. -The staff is quite nice but not very experienced.
