The view from terrace is outstanding, with nearby several shops, restaurants & supermarkets. car parking option in the same building is a huge plus in crowded alexandria. Checkin/checkout process were so easy. Appartment was clean & tidy.

Living room furniture is really uncomfortable and needs to be changed, the majority of our time was spent using it and we really suffered from it.

The view was exceptional ! Flat on 13th floor with elevator and security 24/7. The location was excellent, close to lots of shops. Easy to go everywhere. Flat was clean. Payment in cash directly to the owner, not CB via booking. Owner living in the same building, answering quickly if needed.

It was no Internet at all during the stay. The furniture is old and for some even broken. We couldn’t use the master bedroom because there was a strong smell of gas or spray and the water heater in the bathroom was not working (leaking and no electricity). As for the kitchen, plastic plates and the minimum of appliances. The remotes of the A/C were not in the flat, we had to ask for it.

Nous avions convenue avec la personne d’arrivée à 14h00. Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons était accueilli par un monsieur qui nous a mis dans un ascenseur sans explication. Une jeune fille nous a rejoins sur le pallier et nous a conduit vers l’appartement. Devant la porte un amas de balai, sceau, claquette, et draps au sol. L’appartement n’était pas prêt… la femme de ménage est donc restée avec nous pour continuer son travail (a pieds nus ^^). Comment dire que la propreté et l’équipement de cet appartement est plus que médiocre. Il y a déjà une odeur désagréable lorsque nous passons la porte d’entrée. Les équipements, décorations tout est délabré, abîmé, cassé. Commençons par le séjour, les photos ne sont plus du tout conformes, les canapés sont vieux, tâchés et sales même constat pour les tapis plein de poussière et cheveux en tout genre …. De la poussière en veux tu en voila sur les meubles …. Un miroir avec des éclaboussures… une fontaine non nettoyée ……………. L’ensemble de la literie est tachée, inconfortable….. nous avons dû passer la nuit sur les canapés recouvert d’une serviette de plage car pleins de cheveux et de poils sur les draps comme les matelas. Une simple couverture abîmée est proposée …. Les sanitaires, pas de papier WC pas de linge de toilette mis à disposition…. Une baignoire plus que encrassée, un rideau de douche des plus cauchemardesques…. Les WC pleins de tartre …… idem pour les lavabos et bouche d’évacuation….. Pour la cuisine, ça comme ça sent pas le clean tout est taché (voir photo) …. Clairement je regrette d’avoir booké cet appartement qui a juste était un cauchemar et qui a refroidie mon séjour en Égypte … si vous souhaitez un minimum de confort et de propreté clairement fuyez
