Lack of Vegan options for food especially at breakfast. Breakfast would have been better if they offered baked beans , mushrooms , hashbrowns and veg sausages. Improved vegan options for all meals would have been great .

a good hotel with an amazing location , we had a sea view which made us happy every day. polite and helpful staff.
once ordered room service , food was not good didn’t enjoy. but receptionist solved it promptly and refunded our money back.

What's included in this hotel by staying in a levels room is beyond expectations! The complimentary canapés and prosseco from 6 is an amazing touch! The view is incredible (as shown in the image). The free spa access yo the jaccuzi, sauna and steam room was another amazing touch too. Would definitely recommend and can not fault our stay!

The spa was lovely. Massage was very relaxing.
The pillows didn't smell nice. It was as if fresh sheets where put over and old pillow. I had to spray perfume so I could sleep.

Myself and my friend had an amazing time at this hotel. During our stay we experienced Excellent service, ambience,hospitality, food quality, comfort beds, clean room, spa and pool.
I received a surprise upgrade and surprise cake and champagne for my birthday. Thank you I will sure to book again.

I ask for bed king ou normal couple, I paid with a double bed, but I stayed in 2 singles, the service to request a food service was very bad, rude, without patience, and without a variety of food.

Breakfast is amazing and I would thoroughly recommend a stay at The Level for its additional guest touches. Easy walk to get to the beach or into the city - just 40 mins walk there and a cab ride home!
