Best break we've had in Blackpool. We rented mobility scooters, hotel very accommodating. Nothing too much bother. New beds, very clean and right near town. Definately coming back.

Staff are very nice and friendly, and the hotel breakfast taste good.

Loud noise from outside when people walking and talking in the corridor, and very loud bang sound when people close the exit door.

The breakfast was nice, the bar area was lovely clean and up to date.

The shower room was dated small. Couldn’t have a shower as it was a trickle. And when you flush the toilet the noise was dreadful. Beds really hard and pillows rubbish and well used. The rooms were dated with wood chip paper and all carpets could do with replacing. Unfortunately it let the downstairs down.

Everything the hotel was in the perfect location, very reasonable 24hr parking opposite. Hotel staff were friendly and couldn't have given us a better customer service, it was clean in the room everywhere. The hotel has a restaurant which is very clean, modern, cheap prices and nice food. Would stay here again 100% actually going to book for the illuminations.

Close to the main strip and was welcoming to us

The shower was very poor and not big at all was also broken and couldn’t get washed properly.. beds where okay baby travel cot wasn’t up to much no kind off mattress in it for a baby also quite dirty.

The staff were lovely. The drinks at the bar were cheap,and the location was perfect for us

Room was clean and had comfy beds, breakfast was simple english breakfast but good, friendly staff.

Only thing we did not like was the shower, either freezing cold or scorching hot.

BED BUGS! Extremely disappointing. Asked for a quite room but got the room in the middle of stairs right on top of the bar. Bathrooms door could hardly close, the fan in bathroom was so loud that couldn’t use it at all (too bad it goes on automatically when you switch on the light). No towel rack or hook to hang your towel.

Good location, great staff they are really accommodating , price for location was excellent & the rooms are nice and clean.

Shower didn't get hot in room 22 but they let me use another room as I was in a rush they didn't think twice to advise this option so really appreciated it 🙂
