One of the queen beds was really uncomfortable and squeaked whenever you moved. The 2 single beds the slats fell out when ever the kids moved.

Convenient location, only a couple of minutes to the shops. It was great to have a washing machine. Everything was clean and tidy.

I liked that it was freshly painted and had a nice looking kitchen for our stay in Strahan as we had been in a caravan for 4 weeks and I was really looking forward to cooking in a real kitchen. The shower was good and we made really good use of the washing machine.

I didn't like the quality of the contents of the house .. scratchy sheets, thin small towels, really inferior quality saucepans .. I burnt the rice (for the first time in many years) and spent the night scrubbing the saucepan clean. It just really spoilt the night. This review would be so much better if just a little more thought was put into the user experience. Would much prefer second-hand or old but good quality saucepans than new cheap pans. And for really not much outlay getting some cotton bedlinen and better towels and this would have been a rave review!

Great house, walking distance to food and attractions. Comfy house with fantastic back deck a front view over oval.

We all found the beds to be rather firm - great if you like a firm bed; we prefer a softer sleep :-)

Specious, well equipped kitchen, clean, comfortable, washing machine, quite well situated within a reasonable distance to town.

Heating was good in the lounge room, but other rooms were quite cold. Could be a little chilly in winter. There were a few very minor issues, e.g. a plug that was the wrong size for the bathroom sink, that are easily rectifiable.

Considering it is a 3 bed cottage it was very inconvenient having only 1 toilet that was in the bathroom. Owner could have supplied a room fresher spray for toilet

Peaceful. PLENTY of room. handy to everything. Great cooking facilities and utensils.
