Fantastik inredning!

Incheckning 15.00 men när vi anlände 16.30 var rummet ännu inte redo för oss. När vi väll fick tillgång till rummet saknades handdukar.

Terribel, caotick and uncosy.

Localities was dredful and caotic.

Great bed, dark curtains (although they were not wise enough to keep our all the summer light), wonderful breakfast, friendly staff

No cupboard, no kettle in the room

Very comfortable room for 2 adults and 2 children. Great view of the river from our room. Interesting style. Big bathroom. We enjoyed the soap / shampoo. Good location for walking through the city and for getting to the airport. Excellent breakfast!

We stayed on a Friday night, and we could hear the music from the neighboring club well into the night.

The room and the hotel it self had a real nice design. The market square was amazing, just as the restaurant in the building.

The room was quiet and comfortable. The curtains worked well against the almost perpetual daylight, so sleeping was not a problem. We had to leave early to catch a train, and they volunteered to give us a take-away breakfast, which was ready when we checked out. There are plenty of eating places nearby, and we lucked on a really nice restaurant.

The decor of the hotel is a little strange - not offensive, just peculiar. Gothic is not quite the right word, but very dark. Not a problem at all really, just different.

Nice rooms, good location

The food selection in the restaurant was not as great as it was last time (to my recollection)

The hotel has a very interesting interior design concept and definitely stands out from the usual mainstream hotels. Rooms are nice, spacious and clean. The breakfast is really good with a variety of options. The hotel is located at the town's main square, a few minutes walk from the airport bus station.

Location

No proper space to unpack luckages - two people travelling need that. Restaurant menu very limited, and prices high when balanced with the restaurant

Loved the style and the architecture and the overall idea of this hotel. Nice atmosphere. Super comfortable bed, perfect breakfast, kind and friendly staff

The carpets - wall to wall - cannot be properly cleaned, there are stains here and there that are really uncomfortable

The decoration of the room and the hotel in total was amazing. Like being in a ship. The room was very cosy, clean and quite.The bed was very convenient. There was everything inside for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was amazing. The location was perfect. I was impressed with that hotel. Highly recommended.

windows let in quite a lot of noise and the beds were v firm! one of the breakfast staff was particularly militant - she would follow us around when we were getting food and tell us off!

breakfast OK but, but no more than that. Barley saw the girl working there, maybe once in 30 minutes ??

Nowhere to park car when you check in, very limited space !! Parking attendant, of course know this, so was just waiting to fine us. We all got parking tickets in less then 10 minutes during check in procedure. We had to ask several people for Front Desk, since it just was a clutter of cafe tables scattered and people dragging their luggage between those tables left and right. Disorganized, more or less like Spain, but its actually Umeå Sweden. Dark and mushy throughout the hotel, what are they thinking ?!
