the food served was enjoyable

the SMALL double bed was not expected in what was supposed to be an EXECUTIVE room. the en-suite door virtually touches the corner of the sink resulting in trapped fingers! the fire alarm going off at midnight with no resultant explanation or clearance explanation. the excessive amount of emails involving registration etc prior to arrival, supposedly NECESSARY as the Reception would NOT be manned on arrival but guess what Reception was manned as normal! the chaotic/inconvenient/excessive charges for car parking through local council car parks.

The hotel and food were excellent but wish the bar had been open longer as when we left the pub we thought we could have drink in the hitel bar but it shut. We took a drink back up to our room.

Parking is advertised as part of the facilities inferring that there is in house parking. Foundry 34 does NOT have its own parking. We had to pay £25 !!!!

The room and bathroom were well kept clean and comfortable

Great location, lovely room, plenty of tea and coffee, modern bathroom nicely decorated. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of it.

Being woken up about 4.00am by the dustmen emptying the bins!!! Light bulbs not bright enough in the bathroom.

The room was clean and well maintained, modern looking. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Room was adjacent to a patio / smoking area which could have been a problem if anybody had used that area in the evening or at night but as it was that didn't happen so all was good

Age decor

Excellent little find. Comfortable room with outstanding food options for both dinner and breakfast. Lovely staff who were really helpful with the parking and the parking disc to cover the last hour of our stay the next morning.
