location, the pods, the beds we’re comfortable. pods had microwave, TV and fridge which was more than we thought

the shower rooms were a little too small.

Nice and clean pod, toilets and showers . Scenery. Loved our two night stay. A twenty minute walk in to Penrith. Had a lovely meal in the board and elbow.

Wasn't anything we didn't like. Wasn't a problem for us, as I live near a railway but there is a train line that goes by, so you can hear the trains.

Clean throughout, warm facilities toilet, shower and pods. Felt really safe & secure throughout our stay, the owner was regularly there keeping on top of the cleanliness of the property! He also took the time to introduce himself and really and gave us plenty of ideas on what to do on a rainy weekend in the lakes. Thank you Andy.

Loved everything about the place. The chill out was amazing, the location and setting was beautiful. We loved that it was in an ancient Orchard and that has been maintained. So well located for visiting many places around the lake district.

It was a nice location and relatively clean. 8 mins drive from the suoermarket and easy to get to tourist attractions. The camping pods were self-contained. The facilities were okay.

The Chill out session was £90.I believe for 90 it should include everything ( had to pay £3 for sauna usage, more for the fire pit), as we had already paid for our 4 night stay. I feel that staff could have atleast prepared the sauna so that its hot and ready when you have to use it. As it was our first time at the Orchard, it woukd have been nice for staff to check that our experience was okay. Showers were not so great and shower mats could be chaned more frequently as they were wet after someone else had use the shower

Not much

Extremely uncomfortable bed with very thin foam. Very noisy from nearby roads. Too hot and stuffy, but couldn't open a window because of traffic noise. Ended up leaving a day early because of these things.

Cosy, cute & great location! Stayed a few years back & they’ve now added extra facilities to the site as well as fridges in the pods.

Toilet/shower block was pretty dirty. Understandable it’s a muddy site but the same cubicle was dirty 3 days in a row. Also might be an idea to bring a wee fan heater, the pods have heaters but was still a bit chilly.

The property was lovely and clean. nice location and romantic.

1 hot tub for over 15 pods so couldn’t even go in when asked and emailed prior to our visit. Toilets where not as clean dirty tissue all over the floor. shower rooms where locked even when unoccupied. and the reception man was unhelpful and rude. paid £250 and didn’t experience the hot tub or nothing. i have been here a few times but this will be the last time now wasnt enjoyable at all.

The area is great, in the summer season the outdoor area would be a great addition.

The facilities were clean but at times the running water was cold in the showers. The social areas were not accessible without a further cost, which was a surprise when we arrived. The camp site itself was a lot smaller than envisioned.

would have liked use of the sauna , hot tub without having to pay the four hour option for the chill out room

We had flies in the Pod, 5/6 when we got there on the Friday night. 2 more when we got back after a day out on the Saturday. Didn’t see anyone to tell but could of contacted some one via the messaging/service tech thing (via a link we got messaged through) I suppose. Just could of been a bit cleaner.
