The staff is perfect. The manager Joan was very kind and made your feeling very well and happy, offering taking your pictures in the hotel for your relatives. Good breakfast in the morning, you can enjoy your meal on the ground floor terrace, however the swimming pool was not working.

Last night my room toilet was leaking... the staff must advise you in advance that swimming pool not operative...

Our suite (Mombassa) was extremely spacious. The breakfasts were excellent. We had one dinner at Dreamplace but although they advertise the possibility of lunches and dinners they really are not so happy to provide them. There is an upscale mall a few minutes walk away with lots of dining options, and they recommend using this instead - we agree.

From the road it looks a bit scary, but don't let that turn you away!

The people, Jack and the teams! They are very friendly, and helpful. Especially Jack he was always on standby to make ensure my comfort during the stay, encourage me to take pictures of the place, helped me with my next destination, etc etc. I also like the outdoor seating area, it's very soothing.

The property has the most friendly and welcoming staff. Mr. Jack and everyone else went out of their way to make my stay hospitable. It felt Luke home away from home. Certainly my home for all my UN trips. It’s in a walking distance, close to the village market and the security is excellent!

The room was a bit cold but I received an extra blanket when I reported it. 👌🏾

Very quiet part of Gigiri, walking distance and easily accessible to both the Village Market and the UN HQ. What a wonderful host - Jack, your personalised service and making everyone welcome is a rare trait..keep it up. The breakfast was nice and they even provided my favourite fruits.

Nothing really.

The staff. The service was impeccable, from the manager to the servers, cleaners and guards. I felt so at home staying at Dreamplace. Also, it felt safe walking within the area and the mall was just a couple of minutes away from Dreamplace. Perfect and for anyone who has business within the Gigiri complex.

Perhaps softer towels may be provided in the future and cover for the drainage hole of the bathtub so it can be utilized for a relaxing bath.

Jack and his team were responsive to every request. They went beyond to be sure I had a pleasant comfortable stay. I would highly recommend Dreamplace to any traveler looking for comfort and value in a casual setting. It is a little oasis in the vicinity of the UN campus.

My room was at the front of the property near the road. The local traffic started pretty early, so there was some noise. Next time, I will reserve earlier and ask for one of the lovely suites located farther back on their beautifully landscaped grounds.

Exceptionally friendly and forthcoming service. Will come back.

Dreamplace is a really nice place to stay with a beautiful garden area. The staff are amazing and always there to help. The early check-in I needed was very well-organized.

A little bit of makeover

The manager of the hotel was very kind and helpful when we got a problem with organising the PCR test. he helped us a lot and managed the communication. We enjoyed great time before and after safari - delicous food prepared by chief, chilling around the swimming pool. Very good location - nearby the carefoure supermarket, in safe street close to embassies
