very old decor and i dont know why they took 500 sr as insurance and its really very very old place with every thing old and rotten

they call me to transfer the money to them bank account to confirm my reservation and this is never happwnd with me before in my life

Location is wonderful also restaurant and marina staff are very polite and friendly

Reciption staff are dealing like a supermarket cashier, the only relation with guest is to pay and go , also not frindly , not qualified , not smiling at all

the location was godd

the air conditioner wasn’t working properly and every time i call them they respond that “ this is the maximum power” also we request many times to clean the room and no one came to clean we stied for two days and no one cleaned anything , also i was delayed to check by one hour coz no one call to wake me up but after one hour from check out time the receptionist call to say that if u didn’t check out immediately we will detect from ur deposit . in general it was very bad experience.

The food variety can be improved and the taste...

Nicely organized and very fun for the family.

A bit over priced for what are getting, needs massive renovation here and there.

the chalet is well furnished, clean and tidy. the pool, design and the interiors are extremely good. the outdoor activities are exceptionally good. my whole family loved the stay in the chalet

they have problem taking the amount from credit card so they force us to pay from bank transfer which is not good. expensive stay

service response is very quick , reception people are very happy welcoming , resort blue marina Kitchen was amazing, a very talented Chef Mr Abdulnaser is cooking a very delicious amazing variety of dishes. Rooms are cozy , very close beach to accommodation with beautiful see view.

marina water games for recreation needs attention to be at the level of the resort.
