I was charged $ 692.71 for 3 nights, when i booked it on booking.com it said $595 with 8% discount.
When we arrived in the evening of Good Friday, i was greeted by Jackie. The nxt day (Saturday) after my partner drove all the way from Mt Gambier SA, he went to get out the gate & it wouldnt open. The code that was txt to my phone didnt seem to work, so he went inside to the office to ask Jackie, she went out to fix it & let him out. Aparently the code wasnt set. I was inside the office with my son at the time & heard her come back & complain to the other staff saying " he was in the wrong" "it was a zero, not o" ect & "goodbye" in a condecending & rude manner. I was pretty shocked & ANGRY to hear this being said about my partner. This is VERY unprofessional & immiture. I will not be visiting this park again.

The TV was a bit old but the movie room was exceptional.

Everything was perfect. My family felt safe and secure. Beautiful quiet area to relax and its very well organised.
The staff were very friendly and helped us on information on the trams and buses.
Wish we could of got to use the hot outside spa/pool but we ran out of time.We will be definetly coming back.

couldn’t fault the property at all staff were helpful, everything was supplied as needed and there’s Cole’s and woolies close by for the things you need

The space was very good, great facility's, kids loved the pool, spa and games room. Good for a larger family of 6 to be able to stay and not cost an arm or leg.
All of my family found the bed quite hard and did not sleep well, end up putting blankets on top of the beds to make them softer.

Stayed there with the kids, great cabin with modern kitchen and comfy couches..
Beds were comfy, we had our own ensuite connected to our room so we didn't have to share with the kids.
And everything was clean.

Location was good, good size cabin, pool was a hit.
Fans could be installed for the hotter months whilst there is an aircon when one unit is trying to cool down a large cabin was a bit warm to sleep so brought my own pedestal fan. A few tiles on the pool floor need to be replaced bit sharp. Could add even a little splash park for the kids or a water slide too the pool

Self catering.
The room was pleasant and clean, but old and worn. The master bed was good, but the bed in the second room had a thin mattress that was terribly uncomfortable. Only soap supplied. Some extra amenities, like body wash and shampoo would have been helpful.

the cabin was nice, lovely pool, great playgrounds for kids. easy to get around Melbourne from the park.
only downside was I expected kid’s activities (eg art and craft or disco) all other parks we have stayed at especially over Xmas/NY have this available would have just made the stay extra great :)

Loved the park, very kid friendly, relatively good location to where we needed to be for our trip.
The sofa was knackered and old and falling apart.
Dish cloths weren't in the cabin, neither was ant killer and we found loads of them one day all over everything as we couldn't wipe anything down.

Tight parking space, Bed too firm with only one blanket available & given different booking in advice upon arrival to pre arrangements made per phone the day prior to arrival
