Marco and Jean couldn't do enough for u

Locality to central Blackpool area was the decider for us, we usually stay in south shore but decided we needed a change, Jean and Franco couldn’t have been more friendly, breakfast service was great you get what you want without question and with a little bit of humour from Franco, rooms were well kept and clean, out room had all the equipment you would need right down to a fan for the warms nights, you won’t go wrong staying here,
As with almost all Blackpool streets there’s very strict on street parking, permit holders only, there is central
Car park at the bottom of the road and a secure car park a few streets away, we had a Tourer van and was to high for the secure car park but got 3 days parking at central for £26 very reasonable, so this isn’t a negative for the hotel it’s just Blackpool…

We stayed in room 7 for over a week with my dad and it was such a lovely place. Literally a stones throw away from the beach which was perfect for us and not far from the actual town. Such a good little spot. The shower was lush in the morning.
Where we was at the top floor the WiFi is a bit temperamental but other then that everything was perfect!

Amazing couple who run Kirkstall Guest house, they are so warm, friendly and happy to help.
Room was very clean and bed amazingly comfortable, breakfast delicious and very attentive service.
Great location too.
Could not fault our stay and can't wait to bring our family to stay next time we visit Blackpool!

Friendly helpful host. Clean, warm and comfortable accommodation within a 5 minute walk to the sea front.

Would have liked lifts or ground floor rooms in accommodation.

The hosts were lovely,very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good,location was ideal. The rooms were comfortable,clean,nicely decorated and had everything you needed including a mini fridge. I would definitely stay again with the lovely Jean and Franco.

Lack of parking where car can be seen, had to pay per hour at car park end of street. Felt bit disjointed from hubby as had a family room, a double and a single almost top to toe, usually we have singles side by side, had turns in double...

Jean and Franco are the perfect hosts, friendly and welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Breakfast is delicious. Rooms are well equipped with mini fridge, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and toiletries. Excellent central location.

Jean and Franko was amazing so friendly nothing was ever to much. I don't like green top milk and bless Franko he went and got me a pint of blue top milk for me for the rest of our stay. The room was fab, mini fridge in there and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was amazing so tasty. Great location close to the sea front and coral island. Nothing was ever to much for Jean and Franko will definitely be back again

Lovely friendly welcoming hotel. Home from home. Super clean and nothing was too much trouble for Jean and Franco! The breakfast was really tasty and the coffee was the nicest I've had in a hotel. The room was plenty big enough and there was plenty of storage space and a iron, ironing board and hair dryer was a nice extra touch. It is in a great location a short walk practically 2minutes from coral island.
